★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 濃厚煮干中華はにぼ豚系のこってりな感じではなく、昔ながらの津軽中華の濃いタイプ。若干の甘さを感じるスープに竹鼻のツルツル感のある細縮れ麺が旨い。
The rich niboshi Chinese food is not a thick pork type, but a traditional Tsugaru Chinese food. The soup with a slight sweetness and the crispy noodles with a smooth bamboo nose are delicious.

自分には丁度いいスープ濃さ、煮干味です。
ただ濃いだけや、煮干し味が強すぎていまひとつかなと感じるラーメン屋さん?もありますが、こちらのお店は美味しいですね！
もちろんスープも全部飲んでしまいました！
ご馳走さまでした♪

ぼんじゅそばは、普通のかけそばでした！
竹鼻製麺を営んでいるのかわかりませんでしたが、竹鼻製麺の商品がたくさん売ってました?他に、うどんや焼きそばもあります❤️
I ordered Gomoku Ramen and Bonshu Soba ? Shrimp ?, Chinese cabbage ?, Menma, Boiled egg and Narutomaki, and the noodles are thin and pure white! It went well with the light soup! I like that it wasn't salty even when it got cold ?
Bonju soba was ordinary kake soba!
I didn't know if I was running Takenashi noodles, but there were a lot of Takenashi noodles on sale ? There are also udon noodles and yakisoba ❤️

天ざるを注文しました。
天ぷらはカリッとしてしますが、脂っこい感じはなく軽く食べられる感じ。
そばはあっさりした食感で飽きが来ない感じ。
見かけよりも量が少なく感じました。
ただ、若年層だとちょっと不満が出るボリュームかなと思いますが、中高年にはちょうどいい、客層にあった商品かなと思います。

津軽蕎麦の軽さ、柔らかいのにちぎれない、食べやすく津軽そばが苦手な方にも好かれそうな麺ですね。
お出汁は醤油控えめ酸味少なく優しい甘みとお魚出汁が香っていました。
寒い季節にとても美味しくあたたまるようなお味でした。
お吸い物感覚で完食！
お値段リーズナブルでありがたいです。
竹鼻製麺の製麺所さんがひらいているおみせです。
スーパーでも生麺やカップ付き生麺のお湯だけ入れて食べれる商品見かけますね。
食堂でも使われているかと思います。
お土産売ってます。
竹鼻製麺はもちろん、地元の面白い珍しい乾麺もありましたよ。
気になります。
駐車場は前に3台？くらいかな。
向かい側当たりに駐車場あるようです。
お一人様も気軽に利用できる席あり、気軽な雰囲気です。
お昼休みはありません。
通し営業してくださっていて助かります。
