We found 釜座 清水二年坂店 Kamanza Shimizu Ninenzaka, which happens to be a highly rated in this area serving traditional taste of Kyoto such as Yuba, Namafu, Tofu, and Tempura.
True enough. This is the best lunch we had in the area of Ninenzaka. Everything is just right and perfect.

Food is ok as it serves a variety of kyoto "speciality" dishes. As they've said, jack of all trades but master of none.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It’s really yummy! We ordered the right set so do try out what we ordered! The soba got soup is so tasty to go w the noodles . The tempura is hot and crispy. The selection of items for the tempura is unique with the mochi like item.. the other rice set is wonderful with the dessert that comes with it
