薬味が乗せ放題がうれしい?
天かす、ネギ、しょうが、レモン、大根おろし。本日はこの5種類。曜日によって違うのかは、わかりません。ワタシは、レモンとネギを乗せて頂きました。いりこ の効いた優しい出汁にレモンの風味が香ると何と旨いこと?クセになりますね。ツルツルのモチシコ麺、ちくわの磯辺天、レンコン、半熟卵の天ぷら。マストですな‼️合同庁舎の目の前にあるので、お役人たちで満席でしたが、回転が早いので待ち時間はそんなに気にならないと思います。近くに来たら、また行きたいなー。

Tenkasu, green onions, ginger, lemon, grated radish. Today are these 5 types. I don't know if it depends on the day of the week. I put lemon and green onions on it. It's delicious when the lemon flavor is scented in the gentle soup stock with sardines. Smooth mochishiko noodles, chikuwa isobeten, lotus root, soft-boiled egg tempura. It's a must! ️Because it is in front of the joint government building, it was full with officials, but I think that the waiting time is not so worrisome because the rotation is fast. I want to go again when I come near.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A wonderful hidden gem! The udon was incredibly good and you have the option to add different toppings to your taste! You must eat here if you are in the area.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A little udon restaurant at the corner of the street. Bar seats only. Condiments are in the middle of the shop which you mix&match what you want. Buy a ticket once you enter - easy for non-Japanese as there are pictures at the entry area. Udon prices start at 600yen. My set comes with tempura and (raw) egg on udon. The udon is chewy and the tempura crispy and warm (lotus root, fish cake and a fried soft boiled egg!) Use the soy sauce sparingly coz it’s really soy sauce and not udon sauce/soup! Luckily there is free water and hot tea ? Closes at 3pm and reopens for dinner at 5:30pm.
