杉原さんという女性の方が主に一人で経営されています。杉原千畝を大叔父にもつという肩書きから、人に優しいおはぎを目指していらっしゃいます。
注文を受けてからその場で作ってくださるのは見ていて楽しいし、確かにおばあちゃんグランマが孫におはぎを作るみたいです。
ワインセラーを用いてもち米を固まらせず保存するこだわり。近くの子供も来るとか。種類も豊富ですね。コンセプトにはとても温かみがあって素敵なのですが、値段的には少し高い印象を受けました。

その場で、作ってくれるので待ち時間があります。急いでるときはやめた方が良いかも。
素材も良さそうですし、選ぶ楽しみもあり◎どちらも美味しかったですが、ohagi3の方が個人的には好きでした。

見た目だけでなく、お味もそれぞれが拘っていてとても美味しく手土産にも最適です。
今回は桜セット（桜、あんこ、くるみ、ずんだ、こがしくるみ、ごま）6個セット、木製の箱入りで1400円をテイクアウト。
次回は桃セットを是非試してみたいものです。
おはぎ名店梅花堂さんもそばにあるので、おはぎが食べたくなったら今後は覚王山になりそうです。
