★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 女房が大好きな店で、北東北の旅行の際は必ずコースに入れていました。春秋の昼食時が中心でしたが、山菜、きのこなどが素材の味を生かしつつ洗練された調理法で出されます。器も洒落たものが使われていて、一品ずつ出されるのが苦手なわたしですが、ここでは飽きた憶えがありません。
昼は11時30分～14時、夜は15時～21時の営業で、不定休。予約が必要です。
I loved my wife, and I was always on the course when I traveled to the northeast. The main focus was on spring and autumn lunches, but wild vegetables, mushrooms, etc. are served with sophisticated recipes, taking advantage of the taste of the ingredients. I'm not good at being served one by one, but I don't have tired memories here.
Open from 11:30 to 14:00 in the daytime and from 15:00 to 21:00 in the evening. Reservations are required.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 個室で昼食のコースを食べました。地元の食材を使った料理がとても良い味です。失敗したのは給仕係のバアさんに、置いてある日本酒の銘柄を尋ねたこと。口頭で返された安酒を注文したが、会計時に店内に貼り出されていたメニューを見たら、秋田の銘酒がいくつか置いてありました。
I ate a lunch course in a private room. The dishes using local ingredients are very good. What I failed was asking the waiter, Mr. Baa, the brand of sake that was left. I ordered the cheap sake returned verbally, but when I looked at the menu that was pasted in the store at the time of accounting, there were some Akita's famous sakes.
