★ ★ ★ ★ ★ いつもこちらでは院長先生に診察していただいているのですが、先日は大変混雑していたために非常勤の女医の診察を受けました。診察室に入ってからまともに疾患部を見ることもなく(数秒のチラ見のみ、1、2秒!)ただパソコンに向かって、口早に薬の説明のみ。早く終わらせて次の患者を診て少しでも早く帰りたかったのでしょうか、、、。大変残念でしたし、倍の時間を待っても院長先生を指定すれば良かったと、後悔しました。帰宅後に家族にその話をすると、「あーそれ、〇〇病院の非常勤の女医だよね。知ってる、全然診察しない人でしょ。前に院長先生指定し忘れて、その人だったけど話も聞かず最悪だったから、数日後に院長に再診しにいったよ、、」と。
院長先生(副院長)診断は毎回信頼のおけるものですし、受付の方はとても感じの良い方ばかりなので、このような形で患者と向き合う女医が非常勤で来るのはとても残念です。次回からは必ず院長指定か、担当医スケジュールを必ずまた確認しようと思います。

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ いつ行っても待合室に人がいっぱいいて待ち時間の長い印象です。まあそれは人気のクリニックならしょうがないです。先日久しぶりに伺いました。混むのは知っていたので午後クリニックが開いたとほぼ同時に入りました。既に4人程待っていました。まあこれならそんなに待たないかなと思い待っていましたが、自分より後の番号が呼ばれることが続き、後からクリニックに受付に来た人が先に呼ばれて診察して会計もして帰っていくのが何人も続いてだんだんイライラしてきました。予約制ではなく当日診療時間内にお越しくださいと先日電話で聞いたので当日来て受付した順なはずです。待合室に診察の内容によっては順番が前後しますと書いてあったけど皮膚科で優先して呼ばれるって何なのか。自分も看護師だが循環器とか呼吸器とかなら優先して診察することもあると思うが皮膚科で命に関わるような状態で先に診察した方がいいことってあるのだろうか?虫に刺されてアナフィラキシーとか?重症熱傷とか?それにしても後から来て先に呼ばれて会計して帰っていった人達は具合が悪いようには見えませんでした。皮膚科はいつもここに来ていましたがもう二度と行きません。医師にまた見せに来てくださいと言われたがもう行きませんので。

悪い先生ではないが、多くの患者をさばこうしているせいか、言いたいことを伝えることが難しい。一つのことしか話しにくい。
毎回同じだと思うと違うので、人が変わるたびにリセットされるので違う先生の時は遠慮なく言っていかないとこちらが無駄足を踏む場合あり。
ベテラン看護師は自分のやり方でしか受け付けず対応が悪いようにもみえる。
ちなみに爪関連の相談は専門医に行った方が良い。副作用の強い飲み薬があるがまずはそれを試されるが、副作用が強く出ると厄介です。

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ ウイルス性イボで治療してもらいました。一回目は綿棒タイプで院長に治療してもらいました。二回目は女医にスプレータイプで治療してもらいました。(スプレーは5秒くらいを一回ずつでした)
治療方針がバラバラで統一性ありません。
レーザーの予定もあるので、また更新します。
ちなみに駅前の豊洲皮フ科クリニックはスプレータイプで10秒くらいを3回ずつやります。

時間や曜日によってはかなり混みますので、すいている時間を選ぶと良いでしょう。
土曜日の正午過ぎくらいまでやっているのもポイントは高いですが、もちろん土曜日は混みます。
ウォーターサーバーと子供を遊ばせるためのスペースもあります。
道側は全面ガラス張りのせいか携帯の電波も入りやすいですので、そのせいもあってか時間待ちにスマフォやタブレットをいじっている患者さんも多いですので、もしよければ各携帯キャリアのフリースポットや病院独自のフリーWiFiをWiFi6対応の普及時期などに合わせて設置すると喜ばれるんじゃないでしょうか、という感じがします。

最後も「お大事に」も何も言われず、小銭の束をガンガン崩しながら相手の顔も見ずに最悪でした。
こちらは何も悪いことをしていなかったのに終始態度が悪く、こんな人が受付を勤めているのが信じられません。
先生や看護師の方はとても丁寧で優しかったですが受付がこんな対応だととても残念です。二度と行きません。
