N	N on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 店員さんがちょっと非常識な人が多いイメージです。Instagramからの予約も取り入れているせいか、ホットペッパー等の予約とダブルブッキングしていたようでかなり待たされ、その上「あのお客さん怒ってます笑」と他の店員さんに話しているのが聞こえました。更に家に帰ってサロンのカード見たら、全然違うお客様の名前が書いてありました(笑) It is an image that many clerk are a little insane. Perhaps because I'm also incorporating reservations from Instagram, it seems that I was double-booking with reservations such as hot peppers, so I had to wait a long time, and on top of that, I heard talking to other clerk "that customer is angry lol" I did. Furthermore, when I went home and looked at the salon card, the name of a completely different customer was written (laugh)
m	masu masu on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ カットをしていただきました。雰囲気を変えたかったのにほぼ変わらず残念な気持ちが残りましたがまぁいいやと思っていたら、一部他の髪の長さと明らかに違う毛束がいつも目立つことに気が付きました。他の髪の長さより一部長いのでいつも目に付くし苛立ちます。 3度目の利用なのに初回なのかと聞かれたので、ユーザの情報はあまり見ていないようです。以前に行った際のスタイリストさんはよかったのに、残念です。もうこのサロンは行きません。 I had you cut it. I wanted to change the atmosphere, but I still felt disappointed, but if I thought it was okay, I noticed that some hair bundles, which are clearly different from other hair lengths, are always noticeable. It's partly longer than other hair lengths, so it's always noticeable and frustrating. I was asked if it was the first time I used it for the third time, so it seems that I haven't seen much user information. I'm sorry that the stylist who went there before was nice. I'm not going to this salon anymore.

J	Jenny on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Didn't greeted. One guy in counter he was just staring at me. Seemed like very cautious for a customer was coming into their hair salon. It was very akward and uncomfortable situation. Talk too much as standing behind, even looked like discussing about dye color which one is matched with my hair. Eventually it was just black (I wanted blue-black, but they said can't without bleach, I've had hair coating with blue-black more then 15years ago).
