a	a a on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 店員の態度が最悪です。以前、店頭でケーキを予約注文した際も愛想がないなと思っていました。今回2021.4.2 14時頃に電話で予約注文しようとしたら、前日だったので可能なケーキが限られていて、このケーキはできますか？と聞いてみたら、ん？お店を間違えてませんか？うちには置いてませんが。と、あたかもこちらが間違っているという言い方をされ(ネットHPに載っていたケーキです)、じゃあそれは結構なので別のを…と言いかけたら、電話が突然切れました。通信不良かと思い再度こちらがかけ直すと、「それは結構なのでと言われたので切りましたが」と言われ、何ですかそれ？別のものを頼もうと思っていたのに、その対応は失礼ではないですか？もう本当に結構です。とこちらが言うと、「あぁそうですか〜、すいません」とだけ言ってました。客側の電話が切れてもないのに、客側の話が続いているのに勝手に解釈してすぐに切るとは、どういうことでしょうか。全く謝罪の気持ちも感じられない謝り方ですし、せっかくここのケーキが好きだから頼もうと思っていたのに頼めずこちらも予定外となり、もう今後頼むことはないなと強く思いました。美味しいのにガッカリです。他の方にも店員の態度が悪いと以前からクチコミを書かれているのに、改める気はないのでしょうか？ The attitude of the clerk is the worst. ザ	ザッケローニ提督 on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ ケーキ屋さんとしては比較的安め（360円前後）ですが味はそれなりに美味しいです。ショートケーキを食べましたが1日以上経ってもスポンジはふわっとしていてしっとり感もあり美味しかったです、が上に乗ってるイチゴが半分にカットされてる物だったのが残念。買って食べる時に分かる仕様になっていたので残念度割増。ヘタが付いてるんですが、カットしてるのを誤魔化すためにあえてヘタを付けてるんじゃないかとすら思えてくる。 20円位値上げしても上に乗ってるイチゴは１個まるまる欲しいそしてここの問題点は接客。ケーキ屋さんは比較的接客力高めのお店が多いので、コンビニなら通用するかもしれませんがコチラのように無愛想だと再び行きたいとは思いかねます。 It's relatively cheap for a cake shop (around 360 yen), but the taste is delicious.
