生	生粋の遊び人 on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ サバランが食べたくて、他のお店尋ねたら店休日だったのでこちらに伺った。サバランはしっかり洋酒が浸っていて美味しい。お酒の弱い人はやめた方がよい。チーズケーキは濃厚な味わい、フランボワーズとショコラのケーキは、フランボワーズがしっかり馴染んでいて大人の味。栗のケーキは2種類あったけど、和栗っぽい方が口にあった。全体的に味はしっかりついている。このご時世フルーツは高いがどのケーキにも乗っていて作り手の好意が感じられる。ショートケーキはシンプルだけどスポンジ柔らかいし生クリームは甘さ控えめ、ぶどうのケーキはおっきいぶどうがは5個ぐらい？中のカスカスタードがなめらかかつ弾力があり存在感を感じられる美味しさタルト生地もしっとりで傑作でした。ここのケーキはシンプルですけど、フランス菓子の基本がある、あんまりフランス菓子に寄りすぎると日本人は食べづらくなるけどそこも日本人よりにしてるな。と食べながら思った。この店の近所の人が羨ましいです。オペラを置いてくれたら尚良しです。 I wanted to eat a sabran, and when I asked for another store, it was a store holiday so I asked here.
