★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A small quiet restaurant, the owner and his wife were really nice and welcoming. I ordered the tonkatsu set meal with a bottle of beer. The food was amazingly delicious, the set included rice, miso soup, fried tofu and some pasta along with the tonkatsu, and the price was more than reasonable. Overall It was a great and filling meal.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This cosy restaurant was the best find tucked into a little side street. The food was delicious (we had a tonkatsu set and a curry Katsu) - the Katsu was moist and crunchy with a sweet sauce. The set had a side of homemade pickles, miso soup and a lightly fried piece of tofu. The owners were so lovely - they cut us some apple after the meal too! So homely and local - one of the best meals we’ve had in Japan.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Amazing sauce katsudon. The owners were very nice and kind. The restaurant is small and quaint. Serves about 12 people max. Strongly recommend the katsudon menu. For the price and portion, it's one of the best around.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A small restaurant run by an elderly couple. Accomodates upto 8, maybe 10 people you include the counter space. Ordered the Katsudon without rice (they kindly obliged), every bite was juicy and delicious. Maybe get yours with rice since the sauce is pretty strong. However, I enjoyed it very much.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Their sauce katsu was so good! They also serve shrimp tempura for people who don’t eat pork. I HIGHLY recommend this place to anyone who happens be in the area. So good!
