入り口付近に食券の自販機があります。 食券を購入、空いてる席に着席したら店員さんが来ます。 その時にちぢれ麺かストレート麺のどちらが良いか聞かれます。 麺はちょい固めです。

豚骨ラーメン!ストレート麺か、ちぢれ麺どちらか選べます。玉ねぎがアクセントになり、どんどん食べてしまいます。ニンニクもサービスであります。ニンニクをいれたスープが最高!癖になります。

こうみ家のラーメン(豚骨醤油)、美味しかったです。博多豚骨スープのような独特の匂いはなく、会津地方に合わせたまろやかな豚骨スープとなっております。麺は2種類から選べます。ちぢれ麺は喜多方の曽我製麺のやや細目の中太麺、ストレート麺は菊地製粉の細目の低加水麺で、どちらもやや固めでの提供となります。チャーシューは厚めにカットされ、トロトロ系ですが肉の旨味がバッチリです。トッピングは、サイコロ状のタマネギとホウレン草で、タマネギの辛味と食感がバツグンのアクセントになっています。麺中盛(0.5玉)、麺大盛(1玉)を替え玉として注文もできますので、最初はちぢれ麺、替え玉でストレート麺を頼むと2種類の麺を楽しむことができます。移転前は、納得のできるスープにならないと店を開けない場合もありましたが、店主も代わったのでしょうか。スープの乳化も控えめに感じましたが、会津特有の豚骨ラーメン、おすすめです。

You can choose from two types of noodles. The small noodles are medium-thick noodles made by Soga in Kitakata, and the straight noodles are low-hydrated noodles made by Kikuchi milling, both of which are served in a slightly firmer form. The char siu is cut thick and it is a toro-toro type, but the taste of the meat is perfect. The toppings are dice-shaped onions and spinach, and the spiciness and texture of the onions are a preeminent accent. You can also order medium-sized noodles (0.5 balls) and large-sized noodles (1 ball) as replacement balls, so you can enjoy two types of noodles by first ordering small noodles and straight noodles with replacement balls. Before the move, there were times when you couldn't open the store unless you were satisfied with the soup, but did the owner change? I felt the emulsification of the soup was modest, but I recommend the pork bone ramen peculiar to Aizu.

This is a great ramen shop with decent prices, a nice and clean, new location here. My favorite part of Koumiya is the fresh garlic cloves and garlic press available for free so you can add that amazing extra zest! Highly recommended for garlic lovers! Although if you don`t like the fresh garlic aspect, I would say the broth is ok in general, so that`s the only reason it doesn`t get 5 stars.
