 It's a difficult place to visit, so I'm glad I could see the inside while listening to the explanation. I got a dumb card and wanted to complete it (^^)

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 年に一回の一般公開で見学できるイベントに参加しました。なかなか見れない場所なので良かったです❗施設内は写真やサイクル発電、車両メンテナンス用高所作業車体験、発電施設の見学はヘルメット着用で見学コースを回りました。新潟県の十日町市周辺は他に信濃川沿いの小千谷発電所や宮中取水ダムなど水力を利用した発電所が何ヵ所かあります。
I participated in an event that is open to the public once a year. It was good because it was a place that I couldn't see easily. ❗ I went around the tour course wearing a helmet for photos, cycle power generation, aerial work platform experience for vehicle maintenance, and a tour of the power generation facility. Around Tokamachi City in Niigata Prefecture, there are several other power plants that use hydraulic power, such as the Ojiya Power Plant along the Shinano River and the Miyanaka Intake Dam.
