★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 約１０年ぶりに、すっぽん鍋?を食べました。とても美味しかったです。又、通常の店の約 半額で コース料理を食べられる。ありがたい店です。又、行きます。今回は、鍋?の後に、ラーメン 及び 雑炊も食べました。お腹いっぱいです。

すっぽん料理は初めて。
すっぽんのお造り、鍋、雑炊など···· すっぽん を堪能。造り 鍋 美味しかった。それより 鍋のあと雑炊の前に 黄そば麺 胡椒をかけたら めっちゃ美味しかった。プレモル生ビール 泡がイイ感じ。瓶ビールは大瓶 良心的な価格。行く価値あり(^∇^)

I recommend making a reservation, the course and beer were about 10,000 per person. It is cheap considering the taste and the fact that you can eat suppin.

ついにスッポンを食べた。ジジは歳であるから、まあ、いろいろな動植物を喰らい、いろいろな酒を飲んできた。
ただ亀は昔広東の「北園」という料亭で海亀のスープを食べたことはあるが、スッポンは初体験だった。
円亭は旧島原の暗く狭い道の先に、突然あった。町には雨が静かに細かく降っていたが、独特の人の気持ちを落ち着かせる風情があった。
2人のババと行ったのだが、キモや心臓まで供される刺身や血の酒割りに彼らは多少のためらいを示した。
ざまあみろ。女性はいくつになっても往生際が悪いものだ。
この後は茶碗蒸し、そして雑炊。実においしく、同行のババ2人も最後はスッポンのコラーゲン（もはやどうなるものでもなかろうが）と、期待される健康効果にご満悦の体だった。
ジジは何よりもこの料亭の暖かいもてなしと、古都ならではの上品さが好ましかった。

Entei was suddenly at the end of a dark and narrow road in the old Shimabara. It was raining quietly and finely in the town, but there was a unique calming atmosphere.
I went with two Baba, but they showed some hesitation at the sashimi and blood liquor that was served to the liver and heart.

After this, chawanmushi and porridge. It was really delicious, and the two Baba who accompanied me were finally pleased with the collagen of the soft-shelled turtle (although it doesn't matter anymore) and the expected health benefits.
Gigi liked the warm hospitality of this restaurant and the elegance of the ancient city.

コースの最初あたりにでてくる生き血のお酒はスパイシーな珍味といった感じでした。
京都の接待ではぜひ使ってみたいなと思うお店です!メニューも扇子でリッチな雰囲気。
