鉄	鉄道王 on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 地下鉄浄心駅から歩いてすぐの場所に２０１９年９月にオープンした鉄板焼きのお店、平日の夜に利用してみました。店内はカウンター８席数とテーブル４卓、それにお座敷も４卓ほどの席数、２０時ころに入りましたがほぼ満席と賑わっていました。メニューはお好み焼きに焼きそば、ステーキにバター炒めなどの鉄板料理をはじめ、お刺身におつまみの種類も豊富ですね、値段も全体的にお手ごろと言える価格帯です。いただいたのは牛スジ煮に広島産かきバター、鉄板焼きPIZZAなど。牛スジ煮はあっさりした醤油味でボリュームたっぷりです。お肉もしっかり煮込まれているので柔らかくとろとろの部分もあってなかなかイケますね。広島産かきバターはアツアツの鉄板の上にたっぷりのキャベツ、その上に大粒の牡蠣が６個も乗っています。牡蠣は存分に磯の風味がありながらも生臭さなんかは感じることもなくすごく美味しいです。そして鉄板焼きPIZZA、品名のとおり鉄板で焼き上げたピザ、いろいろと種類がありましたがサラミとブラックオリーブをチョイスです。薄くカリッとした軽く香ばしい食感の生地にとろーりチーズ、それに厚めのサラミの肉の感じがたまりませんね。スタッフの方の接客も素晴らしいかったし楽しく飲むことができました。今回は焼きそばをお目当てに訪問したのですが、思ったよりも一品一品の量が多くてそこまでたどり着けませんでした。なので次回は焼きそばを第一としながらもお好み焼きを食べたことないし絶品というだし巻き玉子も気になるところなのでその辺をいただきにお邪魔したいと思います、ごちそうさまでした。 I used it on a weekday night, a teppanyaki shop that opened in September 2019, just a short walk from the subway Joshin Station.
