t	tai yama on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 先日浄心駅、浅間町駅周辺で1Kの家を探しにいったところ、ホームメイトがありました。以前、知り合いが家を探した際にホームメイトは押し売りをされないと聞いてたので、同じかと思い訪問しました。物件とかはあまり探していなかったのですが、色々教えていただき、その日中に内覧をしてくださりました。実際に初期費用の内訳や入居する際の注意点など丁寧に教えて頂けました。私は周辺にスーパーやコンビニが欲しかったので、それらが近い家を紹介してもらったのですごく助かりました。会社の辞令が決まり、異動場所が決まってもこちらの店舗にお願いしようかと思います。もし、行かれる方はある程度物件を調べてから訪問すると良いかもです。私は何も決めなかったので、3時間くらい居てしまいました。対応してくださり、ありがとうございました。 The other day, when I went looking for a 1K house around Jōshin Station and Sengencho Station, I found a home mate. y	y n on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 担当して頂いた女性の店長さん？は、問い合わせのメールの感じもよく、来店対応も一生懸命で良かったです。ですが、内覧担当の建築会社出身の50代の男性の対応があまりにも酷かったです。契約や決済権は私にあったのですが、女性だからか終始水回りの話で、質問しても旦那より熱量低め。1番売りたかった物件のごり押しが、店舗に戻ってきた後も、月末だったからかすごかったです。家賃が予算よりちょっと高いねーと話してたら、旦那が頑張ればいいという言い方も何度かされ、気分が悪かったです。一旦持ち帰ると言ったところ、一気にやる気を無くした態度・表情に変わり、男性は会話に入ってこなくなりました。精算のためコインパーキングへの道のりも、見学の際フレンドリーだったのに、一切話しかけて来なかったですし、話しかけても一言くらいの返事。後日来るような後追いの、あれからどうですか？的なメールは無かったです。昔ながらの遠回しのごり押し営業って感じです。 Is the female manager in charge of you?
