★ ★ ★ ★ ★ ステーキとビーフシチューを頼み、どちらも美味しかったです。
もう少しボリュームがあると良いと思いました。
ちよっと物足りない感じです。
あとビールがぬるいです。
ガラスも冷えてなくて。
1番嫌だと感じたのは、店内が暑すぎて、早く帰りたいと思ったことです。
スポットクーラーのようなものは有りましたが。
全く効かず目の前がジェフがつくる熱がこちらに来て。ホント苦しかったです。
目もずっと合うし。困りました。
クーラーは壊れていたのでしょうか？
フラフラしてきました。
 I ordered steak and beef stew, both of which were delicious.
I thought it would be nice to have a little more volume.

ランチでしたがお客様に毎回しっかりと丁寧な挨拶をされていて、忙しいでしょうにシェフの実直さとプライドを感じました。
音楽もビートルズ良いですね。
美味しかったですと伝えようとしたのにうっかり音楽良いですねと言ってしまいました。気分良く食事を、楽しめました！

素晴らしいお店です。
ランチは、特にお値打ちなのでまた近くに来たら必ず行きたいと思います。
車で来る場合は、近くのコインパーキングが便利ですが大通りから駐車場には入れないので、一本入った細い道を使う必要があります。
駐車場は、それほど高く無いので気軽に止めておけます。
このお店目当てで来ても良いと思えるので、駐車代込みでも十分お得に感じてしまいます。
曜日ごとの限定ランチもあるので、次は違う曜日に来てみたくなります。

私が頼んだのはこちら。
スキレットに乗ってくるから、
確かに熱々だわ、これ〜。
ガーリックの味がしっかりして、
すっごく美味しい！！
お肉は噛むたびに旨みを感じられる肉肉しいやつ。
食べ応え十分！！
日本人なら誰もが好きなお味です。
ただ、もう少し量が欲しいところ。笑
一緒に行った友達は
「絶品！ハンバーグドリア」
を頼んでました。
チーズとデミソースが混ざり合い、
これまた美味しいやつでした！
正直、ステーキ丼とドリアの両方食べれると思う。わたし。笑
平日ランチタイムだったんですが、
次から次にお客さんが来て、
知らない内に満席に。。。
人気店なんだね〜。びっくりした！！
夜のメニューも素敵そうだったから、
いつか夜も行ってみたいなぁー。

午前中、近くで用事あり、ランチの場所をGoogleMapsで検索したところ、こちらを見つけたので
シェフの前のカウンター席に座り、オムライス(¥880)を注文
ソースは、トマト/デミグラス/ホワイトから選択できますが、店員さんのオススメでデミグラスにしました。
待っている間、ググってみたら
ニュースサイトにも、記事で「名古屋の洋食界の第一人者とも言われる、邨井清隆（むらい・きよたか）シェフが営む「シェフむらい」が2021年1月、名古屋市西区に移転オープンした。」とあり、すごい店なんだと実感
注文してから20分で提供
ふわとろの卵とデミグラスソースとそのソースで味付けされたライスのバランスが良く、大変美味しく頂きました。
店内はこじんまりしていますが、ビートルズが流れ、明るく、清潔感あり、大満足で店を後にしました。

この日伺ったのは鶴舞線浄心駅近くにあるお店、シェフ ムライさん♪
元ホテルシェフのオーナー村井シェフのお店で、気軽に洋食を食べれる街の洋食屋さんと言うよりカジュアルフレンチ、ビストロといった感じのお店☝️
メニューはコースとアラカルトが重複していて、本日のオススメもありますが、種類はちょっと少なめ?
注文したのはアラカルトから和牛肉のふかふかサラダ750円、ずわい蟹のカニクリームコロッケ780円、黒毛和牛のハンバーグステーキ1450円?♂️
サラダは柔らかな牛肉の旨味を引き立てる優しい味付け☝️
カニクリームコロッケは濃厚な味わいでカニ身もたっぷりで思わず笑みが溢れる美味さ?
みんな大好きハンバーグはナイフを入れると肉汁が溢れる溢れる……?
ハンバーグには山葵が乗っていて、この山葵がいい仕事してます?
ツーンと辛い山葵では無く、ほんのり甘みのある山葵は肉の食感を残し粗めに捏ねたハンバーグを爽やかにしてくれます?
そしてやはりデミですね☝️
どれだけ手間暇をかけているかは一目瞭然☝️
このデミを使ったビーフシチューは確実に美味いはずなので、次回の楽しみにしたいです?
