スープ自体はまあまあだが、全体的になんとなく安っぽい。値段も650円なので妥当か。

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ メニューは八王子ラーメンのみ、並盛り￥650。トッピングはいくらか有る。スープはあっさり、コクは無い。麺は普通。海苔、メンマ、チャーシューの他にスプーン一杯位の刻み生玉ねぎ。
チャーシューは味は染みてないが厚切りでとても柔らかいのが救い
The menu is Hachioji ramen only, and the average price is 650 yen. There are some toppings. The soup is light and has no richness. Noodles are normal. In addition to seaweed, menma and char siu, a spoonful of chopped raw onions.
The taste of char siu is not soaked, but it is saved because it is thickly sliced and very soft.

特別美味くはないが別に不味くもない、八王子を名乗るにはタマネギが少ないけれども、どこか喫茶店のような雰囲気は嫌いではない。

食べてみると、こちらも独特な香りを纏ったスープで、決してしつこ過ぎることなく、仕事に疲れた体を癒してくれる味。
画一的な、統率のとれた、キャラ立ちした高評価狙いの店では決してない。
けど、それが良い。
仕事場が変わって久しく行ってないけど、時間と交通費を使ってでも、また行きたい店。
