Ramen Shūka - Chofu

The first time I visited was around 2007, and the char siu was insanely delicious. More than 10 years have passed since then and I revisited. The taste of ramen was not as impressive as it was at that time, but if you order fried rice from the set menu, the amount of fried rice may be large. I also like the taste. The price is relatively friendly to your wallet, so you'll want to try different menus.

I visited after 13:00 on weekdays. There was no line, but the seats were completely filled. After waiting for a while, the clerk's grandmother guided me to sit down and ordered the A set (tonkotsu ramen + half fried rice). Ramen came out soon. The large char siu and thin noodles are eye-catching. There were some reviews that the soup was salty, so I was excited because I like it so much, but it wasn't that much (don't use it as a reference as my taste may just be strange). Although the tonkotsu is felt, it is not very assertive and the overall balance is good and delicious. Is the noodle a little hard? I felt that it was a little soft by the time I finished eating, so I think it's OK at first. The char siu is cold, so I dipped it in the soup and ate it, but it was soft and had a good taste. Is delicious. Fried rice came out while sipping the sashimi and biting the char siu. The other person wrote it, but it's not the size of half fried rice. The taste was delicious, but the volume and the oil that had accumulated underneath were a little tough. I'm not a big eater, but I managed to finish it while saying hihi. Check out at your seat. With this volume and taste, 900 yen is very cospa. I thought that there were many regulars, probably because my grandmother was loved in the city. If you look only at the taste and price, it's about 4.5, but I lost my appetite a little because a few insects were flying in the vinyl partition between the seat and the kitchen and the carcasses were left as they were. I was disappointed, so I will set it to ★ 4.

■ Pork bone ramen It's a little different from the peculiar smell of pork bone ramen, but it's a soup with a slight odor, whether it's fat or soy sauce. The taste is strong. It was impressive that the char siu was big, but I was worried about the smell of the soup, so it looked more like a boss. ■ Fried rice The seasoning is similar to cold fried rice, and it is strong but delicious. I'm glad that it wasn't made in advance, but was made by mixing white rice and ingredients in front of me. However, the salt that would contain the umami seasoning was not melted when it was fried, and it was rumbling in the fried rice. When I chewed it, I felt guilty in a bad way. ■ Others All the people in the shop seemed to be good people. It probably took about 2-3 turns in time, but when I left, it was another turn. It seems to be popular as it is.

The thin noodles are simmered, and the combination of tonkotsu soup and fried rice is a good match, and you can finish it in no time. It was a shop with an atmosphere that was loved by the locals. Thank you for your feast, next time I would like to try tonkotsu ramen several times.

A delicious Chinese restaurant quietly located in a residential area. At noon, there will be a line and the store will be full. Ramen is basically pork bone ramen. The soy sauce is based on soy sauce rather than pork bones. It has no odor and can be eaten very deliciously. The noodles are quite thin, and even if you order them normally, they will come out with a hardness similar to that of Balikata. Great for those who like to harden. The char siu is very large and is soaked in a sweet sauce and is very delicious. A set = I ordered pork bone ramen + half fried rice (900 yen), but half fried rice is not "half" but a normal amount. Volume tap. It is popular with men because it has a strong taste as a whole, but there are many families and it is a restaurant where you can eat with confidence. Repeat confirmed.

Visited in November 2021. I received 550 yen for tonkotsu ramen. I didn't specify the hardness of the noodles, but the noodles were as hard as when I ate Hakata's Nagahama ramen. It was based on soy sauce and had no pork odor, so it was a taste that everyone would enjoy. It was good to be able to change the taste with white sesame and pickled ginger. I wouldn't have complained if there were more mustards. I didn't want to eat it until I lined up in a line, but it was a restaurant with outstanding cost performance.

Half fried rice is not half It is the full power and full throttle. Ramen is very fine noodles and relatively light I ate it, but it's quite a volume.
