接客も呆れるレベル
お金払って嫌な思いをさせられつけられない
眼鏡を渡され、何度も調整に足を運び
また適当な接客 他社で買い直ししましたが
酷すぎた

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 百貨店で買ったメガネフレームをレンズのみで買おうとしたら、フレームのカーブがきついんで無理みたいですねと返された。その接客態度は許そう、しかし横の年上に確認するとき(店員)「他店のやつです」(店員より年上)「売るな」って会話してんのはいただけない、怒髪天を抜くほどブチ切れたわ、きこえてんねんけど！メガネ市場で交換できたから許すわ…カーブがすごかっんやろな

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ メガネ購入時の説明してくださったお兄さんはよかったのですが、視力検査してくださったのお兄さんはちょっと雑というか…。混んでるのは分かるのですが、流れ作業的に早く終わらせたいみたいな感じがあって嫌でした。フェイスシールド＋マスクで聞き取りづらかったので、もう少し大きな声で話してもらえると助かります…

態度もよく思わなかった。
金さえ貰えればそれで良いのかと感じた。
眼鏡市場の店員さんの対応がいかに良いかを痛感した。
今後は高くても眼鏡市場で買おうと決めた。

通常なら特殊な購入は嫌がりそうなものですが逆に丁寧に説明もして頂きました。
