★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 以前働いていましたが、一日8時間の週休2日と聞いていたのに、開店前から閉店作業までやらされるのに、残業代は毎月10時間分しか支給されず。
閉店後に研修がある(下手したら他店に移動)が、それも無給。昼休憩もまともに取れず。
事前に何の断りもなく、休日を勝手に出勤に変えられた上に、代休も休日出勤手当ても無し。10連勤やらされたことも。
上場企業とは思えない糞ブラック企業。さっさと潰れろ！

There is training after the store closes (move to another store if you are not good at it), but it is also unpaid. I couldn't take a lunch break properly.

初回なのに、併設眼科の受診なしで購入出来るのはびっくり。
リピーターならともかく、初回はレンズの相性を試したいからお勧め出来ません。

HPや店先にはデカデカと
「コンタクトレンズ処方箋なしですぐに買えます！」
その場ですぐにお持ち帰り頂けるコンタクトレンズあります。
などと謳っているので喜んで店に買いに行ったらしつこく通販を奨めてくる悪徳不動産屋の案内並みの低レベルっぷり。
こっちは今手に入れたくて店に行くんだから通販の配達待てるくらいならAmazonで買うわ。
希望のレンズは無いから二日後だとかいうのでメーカー変わってもいいので今日買えるものをくれと頼んでも結局無かった。
当てにして買いに行ったら無駄足になるので要注意。

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 阪急三宮西口から、センタープラザへ入ったら見えてきます。コンタクトのスペアが緊急に必要になって来店。ベテランの店員さんがとても気持ちよく対応してくださいました。押し売り感もなく適切的確なアドバイスは大変参考になりました。コンタクト、メガネレンズ共にストック豊富なようです。

マッサージや視力測定に関しても、非常に話しやすく、売りつけられるという印象はなく、一緒になってフレームを選んで頂き、非常に助かりました
またメガネの取扱い・メンテナンスに関しても丁寧に教えて頂き、新しいメガネも大切に使いたいと思えました。
気になったは「たかがメガネ」で来店されている方の多さです。
「お金を払う側が偉い」という方がちらほら・・・
そんなに偉いなら自分でつくればいいのに

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 今まで両目の視力差が激しくてちゃんとしたメガネを持ってなくレンズ交換で行きましたが丁寧にギリギリまで調整してくださり見えるメガネに仕上げていただきました。(コンタクトがあるのでメガネは家等での使用頻度なので。)
視力検査を丁寧にしてくださるので良いです。
また話のやりとりも不快にはなりませんでした。
料金が高いのが障害ですがその分満足度は高いので妥協できます。(笑)
