K	Konny H on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 私は度数が高い為、どうしてもレンズが分厚くなってしまう為、今年、眼鏡市場さんで無理を承知で快適性を求めて、大き目のサイズのフレームで眼鏡を作ったのですが、思った以上に分厚くなって、悩んだ末に、Jinsで相談しようと行ったのですが、分厚いのはどうにもならない事ばかりを言われ、何か個人を否定されてる気がして購入をやめました。眼鏡市場さんは、少しでも小さくなる提案を色々としてくれたのですが、私の希望でゆったりした物を選んだので、Jinsでも、色々と聞いてと思ったのですが、適当な感じでしか対応してくれず、視力測定でダメ出しされました。対応の違いに驚いたを通り越して悲しかったです。 I'm making glasses with a larger frame this year because I'm not sure what I can do, because I have a high frequency and the lens becomes thick. After getting tired and worried, I went to Jins for a consultation, but I was told that things were irrelevant, and I stopped buying because I felt something was denied. The glasses market gave me a lot of proposals to make it as small as possible, but I chose something that was relaxed at my request, so I thought that Jins would ask me a lot, but only with a suitable feeling. I didn't respond to it, and I was disappointed with the eyesight measurement. I was so surprised at the difference in the response that I was sad.

さ	さわ on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 客なし、平日19時頃。従業員は5人以上いたが、従業員同士で会話ばかり。接客する気なし。購入するつもりで行きましたが、従業員の態度の悪い店では購入する気にならず帰りました。他のJINSで買うか、JINS以外にするか悩み中です。最近勢いがある会社と聞いてましたが、顧客としては従業員をみて利用するか否か、判断したいですね。 No customers, around 19:00 on weekdays. There were more than 5 employees, but only conversations between employees. I don't feel like serving customers. I intended to buy it, but I didn't feel like buying it at a store where employees had a bad attitude and went home. I'm wondering whether to buy it at another JINS or not. A	Ayaka Sato on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ ブルーライトカット度無しの物を探していました。先に電話で取り扱いの問い合わせをした際にも種類などについてとても細かく丁寧に教えてもらえました。某他店舗では一切ないと言われ落ち込んでいましたが、こちらでは全ての商品をブルーライトカットレンズに変更できるようです。普段は裸眼なのでメガネに詳しくなく…かなり商品選びに悩んでいたところ、女性の店員さんが親身に相談に乗って下さって良いメガネを買うことが出来て満足です。アプリから購入するとブルーライトカットレンズに変更するオプション代が0円になったのもラッキーでした。 (もちろん元からオプション代がかからない物もありました) I was looking for something without a blue light cut. If you don't have an optional lens, it's amazing that you can do everything from visual acuity test to fitting at this low price with almost only the frame fee.
ま	まっちゃ on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 家族分まとめて、3本購入しに行きました。選んだフレームをレジの方に渡したら、1本がお顔に対して大きいのでは。と助言下さり、ピッタリなフレームを選び直す事ができました。会計中も、終始笑顔で丁寧にご説明下さり、気持ちよく購入する事ができました。この方(T山さん)が居られて良かったです。 3人とも素敵なフレームが見つかり大満足。ありがとうございました。 I went to buy 3 bottles for my family. If you give the selected frame to the cashier, one may be bigger than your face. I was able to reselect the perfect frame.
