I	Issy .k on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ リンガーハットも言えば、『野菜たっぷりチャンポン』。 1日分の野菜(350g)が摂れると言うことで、麺の上にドドーンと野菜炒めが乗ってくるので、しばらく食い進めないと、なかなか麺が見えてきません。野菜を先に食べると言うことは、食物繊維が先に入り、後から入ってくる麺の糖質の吸収を穏やかにしてくれる効果も期待できそうですね。(個人の感想です。) ゆず胡椒味としょうが味のドレッシングが、ついてくるので、好きな方をかけて食べるとさらに旨いです。あっさり系で優しい豚骨ベースのスープはは、寒い冬には暖まり、暑い夏には、夏バテ予防と塩分補給にもなりそうです。 Speaking of Ringer Hut, "Champon with plenty of vegetables".
