Y	Yuki Yoshioka on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ スタッフの態度がせっかくの美味しいおひつご飯を全て台無しにしてくれました。 2月末、17時頃来店。Kさんという女性スタッフには呆れました。小鉢を付けるか否か迷い、注文を取りに来たそのスタッフに小鉢の内容を尋ねたところ、ゴニョゴニョと小声。2度、3度と聞き返しても聞き取れない。明らかに面倒臭そうな態度が手に取るように分かりましたが、すずきですか？と聞き返すと、「すぐきですが？」と怒った返答。何故あんなにも怒っていたのかは分かりません。山菜なのはこちらも分かっていましたが「すぐきの小鉢ですか？」と最後に尋ねると「すぐきはすぐきです」とニヤつき戯け、見下した態度。これには卓で沈黙が続き、それでも煽るような態度を続けるスタッフ。驚きました。なんなんだこの状況。と内心焦りました。パートナーもスタッフに呆れ怒りそうな状況でしたので取り敢えず注文。この後のなんとなく気まずい雰囲気の中、食事。自分も同業者ですが、飲食店においてスタッフがこのような態度を取ることを少々許せなく思います。後から来た日本語の分からない外国人のお客さんに対しても、分からないという態度を示しているのに日本語でひたすら喋り続け、私はマニュアル通りやっていますよと言わんばかりの接客を見ていました。相手が困っているのにズケズケとやり過ごす態度は私達だけではなくどのお客さんにもしているのだろうと思いました。基本朝昼晩のどこかで外食を毎日しているのですがこのようなことは初めて。おひつごはんの味が台無しでした。 The attitude of the staff ruined all the delicious snack rice.
