Very friendly staff overall and super welcoming. Ski instructors are kind and knowledgeable with kids, and few can speak Englis. Kids have a dedicated sledge area. The pizza place called powder puff is yummy and welcoming.

All set of ski gear for adults costs ¥3000 and one-day lift tickets costs ¥3900. You can also purchase lift coupon at ¥350. Ski school is also available here. There is wide food variation here but taste is normal. As for ski course, there are several options from beginners to advanced players. Moreover, there is specific area for kids to play snow.
