管理地もですがフライトする方々の送迎車が停まったり展開する場所もあるので邪魔にならないようにしてマナー守っていつまでも眺められる様にしたいです。
With the agreement of Lake Kisaki Flight Park, you can enter the managed area and enjoy the beautiful scenery and Lake Kisaki.
Although it is a managed area, there are places where the shuttle cars for the people who fly will stop and deploy, so I want to keep the manners out of the way so that I can watch it forever.

パラグライダーをやる勇気は無いけど(^^;)・・・とにかく景色を見るだけでも最高です。
From the Kizaki lakeside campsite-go up the forest road. It is a forest road that goes around Kogumayama endlessly, but it is a superb view point
I don't have the courage to be a paraglider (^^;) ... Anyway, just looking at the scenery is the best.

到着までの林道は、対向車に気を付けながら、ゆっくり運転です。
If possible, a place you want to monopolize. The view overlooking Lake Kisaki is impressive.
The forest road until arrival is a slow drive, paying attention to oncoming vehicles.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 途中の道が細いのですれ違いに注意してください。パラグライダーしなくても一見の価値ありです。菅平などの山々、松本平まで見渡すことができます。
Be careful not to pass each other because the road on the way is narrow. It's worth a look even if you're not a paraglider. You can see the mountains such as Sugadaira and even Matsumotodaira.

並の展望台レベルではなく、俯瞰感度は極めて高く、あまりないレベルの好展望地である。
こちらに至る道は狭く、長く、険しい。
が、行く価値は十分にある。
大町のほか、北に長野の街もわずかに見える。
I'm not a parag rider, but the view from here is amazing.
It is not an average observatory level, but has extremely high bird's-eye view sensitivity, and it is a good observatory at a level that is not very high.
The road to this is narrow, long and steep.
But it's well worth the trip.
In addition to Omachi, the city of Nagano can be seen slightly to the north.
