ただでさえアメ車専門店とか怪しさ一杯なのに、その淡い期待に十分応えてるお店。 主力はアメ車パーツのネット販売。 時代に逆流している事に気付いた店側が、編み出した仕事であり、周辺のアメ車屋に真っ向勝負しても勝ち目が無いので小物パーツをヤフオク等でコソコソ売って密かに稼いでいる。 人手も入らず、右から左へ流すだけ、まさに卸し問屋。 整備士は腕はいいが、人相に難あり。見た目が完全に犯罪者。怒鳴られそうで話かけずらい。 女性が2名、男性1名。+社長 皆仕事柄、アメ車に詳しい。特に社長は詳しいらしく、本人のバイオリズムの良い日は話出せば止まらない。 パーツもあり得ないのが在庫であったりする。 腕があり、ぼったくりも最小限なのに評価がイマイチなのは、日曜日が定休日とゆう、客商売とは思えない殿様商売にある(週第三は土曜日も休む為、さほど仕事もせず月に1回は連休を楽しめる)。 店に行ってみたい人も日曜が休みが大半なので普通の仕事している人は永遠に行けない。I can not go on forever

オイル交換で利用させてもらいましたけどエレメント込みでも8000円程度でディーラーより安くて良かったですね!電話対応から納品までも迅速でしたね!シボレー車!第三土曜日だけは営業しているみたいなので完全土日休みでは無いです!外車だけではなく国産車の利用客もいるので頼めば何でもやってくれると思いますね!

とにかく対応が酷かったです! 修理が終わったので取りに行ったら修理漏れがあり再度修理 ようやく直ったと思ったら今度は塗装がこびりついていた 指摘したらまた預かりになると言われ、仕上がりに納得行かなかったけどもうここにこれ以上車を置いておきたくなくて塗装がこびりついたままでOKして車を引き上げてきた 一度目の連絡→現車確認 修理残りがあったので指摘すると「今回の傷ではないんじゃないですか」と言われる 買ってから何年も経っているならわかるが新車で買ってたった一ヶ月で、ぶつけたのは今回一度きり 絶対に今回の傷だと説明すると渋々再修理 二度目の連絡→現車確認の前 自分が店に到着し代車から降りて開口一言目で「見落としはうちの落ち度なので今回は無料で直しましたけどやっぱりこれは今回の傷じゃないですよ」と余計な一言を言われた それならなぜ断固たる態度で断らなかったのか?違うというなら修理する必要はないだろう 車を預ける時客と一緒に立会いで現車確認もせず、どういうふうにぶつけたか聞きもしないまま修理して「ずっと板金やってるんでわかりますがこれは今回のような時に出来る傷じゃないですよ」と言ってきた その程度の浅い経験しかないのによくもそんな自信満々で言い切れるなと思った 店側が落ち度を認めておきながら上から目線で「本当は別件で付けた傷なんだろう」という雰囲気で終始食って掛かられたのが非常に不愉快で悲しかった 余計な一言など言わずに直したなら直したで後は何も言わなければいいのに 店側が落ち度を認めているのに捨て台詞を吐く位なら直すなよと言いたい 絶対違う傷だろうという自信があったのなら直さなくてもいいだろうに 言ってることとやってることに筋が通っていない 傷が分かっていたなら分かっていたで客に対して確認は行わなければいけないし、それをしなかったから今回再修理しなければならないという二度手間になった こっちの手間と時間を返せと言いたい そしてドライブレコーダーを見てみると店員が面倒な客と言わんばかりに自分に対する馬鹿にしたような愚痴をこぼしていた 切っていたはずのエアコンも勝手に付いていた 代車はつけっぱなしにしているとすぐ消すというセコさなのに笑 (一度代車を返却したけどお金をおろすためにもう一度代車に乗ったら付いていたはずのエアコンが切られていた) 客の車のエアコンは勝手につけてしかも切らないままという 鍵をワイパーのところに投げてる整備士が映ってたりもした(置くではなく完全に投げていた) そのせいか付けていたキーホルダーが凹んでいました とにかく安かろう悪かろうの典型だった 「気に入らないならもう来なくて結構です」とお決まりのセリフを言われた 言われなくとも当然二度と使いませんしこちらから願い下げです 本当に気分が悪くなった出来事だった 1000円2000円の仕事ならまぁしょうがないかと思うけど10万以上払っているのにこの仕打とはね 客を客と思わない適当な接客や仕事っぷりが気にならない、とにかく安く直したいって人にはまぁいいんじゃないでしょうかね?

私の車はMAZDA製の特殊なエンジンの車で、一般的なオイル交換が出来ず(専用のオイルを購入→持ち込みが必要)各工場で断られたのに、ここは快く請け負ってくれました。 工賃も足元見ずに安く、仕事も丁寧! 待っているサロンも綺麗で居心地良く、また何度も利用したいです。 ヤフオクやメルカリなどで入手したパーツの交換にも応じてくれる稀有な工場です。 ガラスコーティングや、窓ガラスの鱗染み取り、ヘッドライトの黄ばみ研磨やコーティングも格安でしてくれるみたいなので、度々利用させてもらおうと思います! 最高です!!
