★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 試乗の案内が届いたので、電話をして13時頃に伺います伝えて来店したにも関わらず、出迎えてくれた店員は仏頂面でまずアンケートに答えろと２階へ通されました。
記入して待つこと15分以上。
他の方の投稿にもありましたが、その間お茶が出る訳でもなく、完全に放置。
やっとお目当ての車を見せて貰えましたが、相変わらず仏頂面で、車を見る私と夫を視ているだけ(いや、見てもいなかったか)
口を開いたかと思えば『はい、じゃあ粗品持って帰ります？』ですと。
最初から試乗希望であることを告げたにも関わらず！この物言い。
試乗の話しましたよね？と夫が言った『あ、そ』みたいな顔をして、お待ち下さいと店内に消えた。
寒風吹きすさぶ店外で待つこと5分、若い店員がやってきてやっと試乗。
驚いた事に、ここまで客をこけにした輩が店長でした。もう笑うしかない…
普段着で、他社の車で乗り付けた客にはこれくらいの接客がちょうど良いって事なんですかね。

後任の担当も同様。
全く持ってアフターサービス、客商売がなっていないお店です。

２台の試乗終了後もコーヒーは出ず、このカタログはお金を出して買ってるとか、だからなに？的な会話(笑)
こっちが購入している車の割引は異常とか、割引するなら、引いた金額を適性価格にしたらいいとか、知らんわ的な会話が続く(笑)
FCA系の正規代理店は、まともな人を探すのが大変です。
