は	は、みーちゃん on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 先日友人と二人で借りに行きました。その際の男性店員の態度がまぁ悪い(笑)朝早かった(9:30)からですかね(笑)不愛想にもほどがあります。言葉足らずな点も多々ありましたし。私自身、レンタカーを利用するのは初めてだったので不安しかなかったです。でも色々質問できるような雰囲気じゃなかったですし、ドアアームレストのところに鍵が入ってるとかも言われなかったので、めちゃくちゃ鍵探しました(笑)車の預かりをしてくれるという点ではとても便利です。ただそれも自分の車の鍵を預けることになってるみたいですが、なんだかよくわからず結局自分で持ったまま出ました。借りた車を返しに戻ってきたら店員さんがありもしない私の車の鍵を一生懸命探してましたよ。かわいそうに。肝心の借りた車は割と綺麗でしたし、変なにおいもなく(禁煙車なので当たり前か？)良かったです。ただ、店員さんの態度のせいで整備不良とか大丈夫かなと余計な心配ごとまで増えましたし、出発前にズーンと重い空気になったのは本当に残念。帰ってきてからの店員さんは対応が良かったのでギリギリ星二つ。 The other day I went to borrow with a friend. _	_dp BOCKLI on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ レンタカーで利用しました。店員の態度がとにかく悪い。・目を見て話さない、説明がとにかく早口でテキトー。・基本的にただサインして下さいのみ。・電話対応もあったが話すこと終わったら、こっちが話している途中でも、電話をいきなり切ってくる。(ちなみに名古屋駅の店舗両方と中村公園の店舗にも連絡しましたが、全ての店舗同じ態度でした。) ・給油のレシートが必要と一言も言われていないのにも関わらず、なんでないんですか？次回から持ってきてもらわないともう一回入れて来てもらい、お金払ってもらいますからね、とキレ気味で言われました。色々な事情で借りる人たちがいると思いますが、借りに行った瞬間から気分が最悪になり、終わりもとても不快な気分になり、せっかく楽しみにして行ったのに、その日の1日の印象がジャパレンの最悪の態度しか残りませんでした。知人も他の店舗でも同じような態度の店員しかいなかったから、多分どこも一緒だと言われました。ジャパンレンタカーには社会人として、接客業としての常識を持ち合わせている方がほとんどいないのでしょう。もう二度と利用しません。 I used it in a rental car.
