初じゃじゃ麺! じゃじゃ麺専門店と聞いてここに来店。 麺はラーメンなのかうどんなのか謎でしたが、うどんの麺でした。 比較的あっさりしているので飲んだ後の締めにも最高だと思います! 麺を食べた後にとき玉子とスープを入れて飲みます。 スタッフのお姉さんがとても親切で、じゃじゃ麺についていろいろ教えてくれました。ありがとうございました!
The first Jajamen! I heard that it is a Jajamen specialty store and came here. It was a mystery whether the noodles were ramen or not, but they were udon noodles. 自家製の味噌がこくがあって美味しかったです。麺はかなり柔らかめ、胡瓜は細かめ、自家製のラー油、醤油だれ、酢、ニンニクなど色々あって味変可能。好みの味で食べれます。 最後のちーたんは、食べ終わったお皿に卵を割り入れスープで飲む。スープが薄いし生卵はかなり生なので私にはいまいち。

地元の方が勧めるじゃじゃ麺屋。コクのある肉味噌がたっぷり。具材が麺に絶妙絡み旨い!具材をあえて少し残しながら麺を食べ終え、やっぱり最後はちーたんたん(卵を割り熱いスープと混ぜる)で〆。あっさり味の卵スープで2度目の楽しみ。(今までちーたんたんをしない人を見たことがない)故事に「名物に旨いものなし」とあるが、いやいや、名物は旨いものが多いと思う。盛岡名物の「じゃじゃ麺」次回盛岡に来ても又立ち寄りたいお店「香醤」。

まずは…… ごめんなさい。 そもそも「じゃじゃ麺」が好きじゃなく、再三再四色んな所のを挑戦しましたが、岩手県の方はあんなにしょっぱい肉味噌をこにゃこにゃコシも無い麺と混ぜて、ニンニクやらしょうがやら入れて自分で調味料で味変してってそれがおいしいってよく分からない食べ物っていうか……味覚音痴??ですか??同じ盛岡冷麺を生んだ県の麺類とは思えませんし、これは料理ではないです。 ぶっちゃけ、この食べ物の何がおいしいのかよく分からないです。全国に拡がらないのもよくわかります(^_^;) チータンタンがまた生たまごと皿の臭いときゅうりの温まった臭いと相まって、不味さがレベルアップします。長野の「伊那ローメン」並に不味いです。これも拡がらない。普段うまい麺類食べてるのに、これらを食べる理由が見当たらないんですよね。書いてるだけで吐き気してきた…… もうじゃじゃの挑戦は止めようと思います。バカ舌でごめんなさい。全国にはもっともっとおいしい麺類が有りますよ。(他の評価も見ていただければと思います。)

Good noodles, good service! You can basically add anything to your noodles and it’s very tasty:) the egg soup after noodles was also great

Loved the place! The chef was really nice and explained how to eat the dish very patiently since it was our first time having Jajamen. It was really good! Very interesting flavour that is not very typical in Japanese food, you can really feel it's from a different cuisine style (chinese). The base is the miso paste but you can add different seasonings (i personally recommend the fresh green garlic) to change the favour while you eat it. And the surprise came afterwards, when the lady told us that we could add a raw egg and a soup (jītantan) to change the flavour one more time! Very interesting dish in Morioka, and very nice little shop that serves it! They were really nice to us, definitely coming back next time I come to the city! ?✨
