★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 親父さんが備長炭で焼く焼鳥は、どれも肉が大きめでジューシー。
ビールや焼酎を飲みながら、熱々の焼鳥を食べるのが最高に美味い。
どの串も塩かタレが選べるので、味を変えて楽しむのも良いかも。
トリ(ネギマ)は勿論、鳥皮とレバーがおすすめ。
鳥皮は外がパリッとしているうちに食べるもよし、冷めてクミクミしたのを食べるのもよし。
レバー串の両端にはハツが付いていて、コリコリとした食感も味わえる。
ランチは「鳥丼」もあり。
冬場はスキヤキ風の鳥鍋も美味しい。(但し、仕入れの都合上、事前に予約が必要。)
焼鳥はテイクアウトも出来るし、予め電話をして頼んでおけば、時間に合わせて焼いておいてくれる。
All of the yakitori that my father grills on Bincho charcoal is large and juicy.
Eating hot yakitori while drinking beer or shochu is the best.
You can choose salt or sauce for each skewer, so it might be good to change the taste.
Birds and liver are recommended, as well as birds (Negima).
You can eat the chicken skin while it's crispy outside, or eat it when it's cold and stuffy.
There are hearts on both ends of the lever skewer, so you can enjoy a crunchy texture.
There is also Tori-don for lunch.
Sukiyaki-style bird pots are also delicious in winter. (However, reservations are required in advance due to purchasing reasons.)
You can take out yakitori, or if you call in advance and ask for it, it will be baked according to the time.
