年末は1時間以上並びます。
特に12/31はお客が殺到しますので、2時間越えるかもしれません。外の待合いベンチには、約9人程度座れます。お子様連れのお客さんは、近くの公園に子供を遊ばせるかたが多いです。
駐車場はあります。
お持ち帰りの予約は、12月上旬にはいっぱいになります。
お蕎麦の味は、汁を浸けないで、蕎麦本来の味を楽しんでください。

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 美味しい十割蕎麦が楽しめるお店です。
保谷駅から少し距離があるので、車の方が便利ですが、駐車場が分かりにくく、３台しか停められないので、やっぱり歩いて行くことをお勧めします。
ちなみにウチは、近くのコインパーキングに停めました。
蕎麦は十割と普通の蕎麦を半々でも注文できます。
蕎麦は勿論美味しいですが、天麩羅もかなり美味しいです。
この日は、夏季限定で鱧（ハモ）の天麩羅があったので、注文しました。
人気店なので、待つこと覚悟で行くか、開店前に行くかだと思います。

Soba is delicious, of course, but tempura is also quite delicious.
On this day, there was a conger eel tempura only in the summer, so I ordered it.
It's a popular store, so I think you should either wait or go before it opens.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 二八蕎麦は840円と大衆価格ではありません。しかし、相変わらず二八の質感は良い。週に2〜3回私的に十割蕎麦打をする趣味人ですが、此方の十割は一寸嗜好と違います。前回は一年ニカ月前、量が少なくなった様な気がしますが気のせい？
天婦羅は揚げ加減頃合で美味しい。個人的には天汁が良く、塩は避けたいです。
28 soba is 840 yen, which is not a popular price. However, the texture of 28 is still good. I'm a hobbyist who personally makes 100% buckwheat noodles 2-3 times a week, but this 100% is different from my taste. Last time, one year ago, I feel that the amount has decreased, but is it because of it?
Tempura is delicious when fried. Personally, the soup is good and I want to avoid salt.

コシはありますが香りや風味は期待したほどではありませんでした。他の方の評価は高いのでまた伺って他のメニューをいただいてみたいと思います。

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 甘みを感じるちゃんとした十割そばで並んでも食べたくなるお店。天ぷらもあげ具合が天ぷら屋並でいうことなし。季節によって野菜がフキノトウであったりととてもいい。少し遠くても通ってる名店です。

冷たい蕎麦も良かったが、温かい花巻蕎麦もお汁がとても美味しい。
一点贅沢をいえば、ワサビが練り山葵。とはいえ、価格を抑えた配慮かと思う。
日本酒も店主拘りの銘柄が冷蔵庫に並ぶ。車の方にほ、駐車場も徒歩3分にあるとか。
