★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 入口は常に隙間を開けて換気し、入店するとすぐに『アルコールの手指消毒をお願いします』との声かけがあり、コロナ対策はしっかりしてます。新そばの最高に美味しいザルを頂きました！ついつい蕎麦を選んでしまい、まだガレットは頂いたことがなく「次回は食べたい！」と毎回思ってます。
The entrance is always ventilated with a gap, and as soon as you enter the store, there is a voice saying "Please disinfect your fingers with alcohol", and corona measures are solid. I got the most delicious colander of new soba! I just chose soba, and I haven't received a galette yet, and I always think "I want to eat it next time!".

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ ひばりヶ丘駅北口から5分位の所にある小さなそば屋さん。10割ソバと豊富なメニューや、美味しい天ぷらがご機嫌ですが、なんと言っても凄いのはそば粉を使ったクレープで作るガレットがある事です。デザートでもいけますが、これだけを目当てに来るお客もいますね。
A small soba restaurant located about 5 minutes from the north exit of Hibarigaoka Station. I'm in a good mood for the abundant menu of 100% buckwheat and delicious tempura, but the most amazing thing is that there is a galette made with crepe using buckwheat flour. You can use dessert, but some customers come only for this.
