I had matcha and a sweet in a cafe surrounding a blossoming plum. Well maintained and lovingly cared for. Well worth the trip. Plums are in bloom now 2/11, but will be in full bloom in the next few weeks.

B	BNE Wanderer on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A beautiful shrine located on the top of a hill, on the outskirts of Okazaki. A great place to experience Japanese culture and history, and a great place for photo and video opportunities. The café was nice also. I had Amazake and Dorayaki.

P	Paul Tincher on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A beautiful colorful shrine dedicated to the cow and the plum tree. Right now is the best time to visit as the plums are in bloom snd their fragrance is everywhere. Besides the beautiful shrine itself, a mountain side beside the temple has been cleared and planted with a variety of plums. There is a walkway through the plums akin to a maze ( not a difficult maze) and each level has a new beauty. You’ll love it!
