狭いですが駐車場もあって参宮にはいい。
It's Inari atmosphere but there is no offer box ...
Although it is small, there is a parking lot and it is good for the shrine.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 毎年大晦日に紅白歌合戦の後で氏神様に新年のお参りにいきますが今年は、コロナ禍で熊本に戻る直前に誰も居らない時に参らせて貰いました。来年は、元旦にお参りしたいです。
Every year on New Year's Eve, after the red and white song battle, I go to Ujigami to visit the New Year, but this year, just before returning to Kumamoto due to the corona wreck, I was allowed to visit when no one was there. I would like to visit New Year's Day next year.

城主の青山氏は、東京の青山通りの名前の由来として残っています。
境内や付近には、百々古墳群があるそうです。
There is a shrine on a small hill, and during the Warring States period, there appeared to be Dodo Castle as a fort that protected Okazaki Castle from Takeda's army.
The castle's owner, Aoyama, remains the name behind Aoyama Street in Tokyo.
There are hundreds of tumuli in the precincts and nearby.

お詣りする所に辿り着くには、長くて急な階段を登らなくてはなりません。
特に暑い時期には大変かもしれません。
こちらの神社はこじんまりとしていて、訪れる方も近所の方が多く、アットホームな雰囲気があり、とても好感を持てます。
初詣期間に訪れると、大人にもお菓子を頂けて恐縮でした。
