出かけるのが難しいけど美味しいものを食べたいときに、お弁当はピッタリでした。

大阪からpeachに乗り、初めての新潟へ
岩室温泉・ほてる大橋館の湯に泊まることにしました。
夕食を食べるお店を決めてなかったので〔日本酒がおいしい〕で検索をし、秀石菴さんがヒットしました。
googleの評価はそこそこいいけど、
HPもないし、本当においしいのかな…
と半信半疑で予約の電話をかけてみました。
すると、電話対応に慣れていないたどたどしい男性の声。
「本当に大丈夫かな？」と思いながらも、
「ホテルから一番近いし、まぁいっかと失敗しても。」と、
予約をお願いしました。
お店に着くと、電話対応してくれたらしい男性が出てきました。
電話ではわからなかったけど、とても丁寧に料理の希望を聞いてくださいました。
８才の子供がいたのですが、子供も楽しめるようご配慮くださいました。
とても清潔感がある店内で、半信半疑な気持ちは一気に晴れました。
「あぁこの方達は、おいしいお料理を作る職人さんなんだな。
電話対応がたどたどしくてもしょうがないな。勘違いしてごめんなさい。」って。思いました。
小林さん、ごめんなさい！笑
お任せでコースをお願いしました。
お料理が進むにつれて、いろいろなお話しをしてくださいました。

思い出して豊かないい気持ちになれます。
お値段は３人で２万円と少しくらい。
ゆっくり楽しませていただいて、この金額は安すぎます。
本当に秀石菴に出会えて良かったと思います。
次に新潟に行く理由は「秀石菴に行くため。」になりました。
最高のおもてなしを体験させていただき、

お正月明けということで、季節感溢れるお料理を堪能しました。一品一品に興奮、妻と久しぶりのデートも大満足。難しい事も、ウンチクも無く素直に楽し時間を過ごす事が出来るお店。こんな近くに素敵なお店があるっていう幸せ！感謝です。
今は昼しか行けませんが、子供達がもう少し大きくなったら通いたいお店です。

It was the New Year's day, so I enjoyed the seasonal dishes. I was excited by each item and I was satisfied with my wife's first date. A shop where you can spend your time honestly and without difficulty or pun. I'm so happy that there is such a nice shop near here! Thank you.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ お若いのによく勉強されてます。板前さんの接客なので、プロ目線だとやや物足りなさはありますが、相殺してあまりある感じ。
予約して行きましょう！ちゃんと用意して待っていてくれます。
場所的には田舎感は否定出来ませんが、きちっとした緊張感の中で食事できます。
あと、相当コスパも良き!

予め、苦手なものや好物を伝えてありましたので、そのような献立にしていただけました。
私は魚卵が好物です。
予算の関係上、流石にウニやイクラやからすみは出て来ませんでしたが（笑）、初めての食材やいろいろな卵を頂くことが出来ました。ありがとうございました。
また、お料理を出したり下げていただくタイミングも丁度良く、自分のペースで食事を頂くことが出来ました。
１つお願いしたいのは、揚げ物に柑橘か大根おろしを添えていただけると、嬉しいです。
丁寧に調理されたお料理は、目で見ても食べても香りまで美味しく、最後の和菓子まで楽しく頂きました。ご馳走さまでした。
また、何か自分へのご褒美の時に伺いたいです。

お菓子も自家製で、カウンターの目の前で作ってくれました。田上にある「日月カフェ」にも和菓子を提供しているそうです。
旬の食材を取り入れて、四季の変化を楽しめるお店です。お弁当やおせちもお願いできます。
板前さんお二人も気さくに話してくれます。
全席イスなので靴を脱ぐ必要もなく、膝が悪い方でも安心です。
クレジットカード、ペイペイに対応しています。
駐車場はお店の向かい側にあります。
追加:おせちをお願いしました。おせちを美味しいと思ったのは初めてです！盛り付けも美しくて素晴らしいおせちでした！
