ち	ちくわのつぶやき on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 期間限定の神出鬼没60%offというプランを発見して今回お世話になりました。3人1部屋で利用させていただいたのですが、1泊2食付きで3人で20000円以下。大手のホテルより安い値段。しかもチェックイン時空き部屋が出たとのことで、最上階の部屋を用意してもらえました。予約の際部屋の選択で、景色かマッサージチェアーかの2択だったのですが、マッサージチェアーのある部屋は人気が高く予約出来なかったのです。しかし用意していただいた部屋は両方が満たされた部屋でとてもラッキー！夕食は軽めでしたが、宿泊費からすれば満足。お風呂も利用させていただきました。いい部屋いい湯そして美味しいご飯をいただきゆっくりさせていただきました。とても得に旅行ができました。ありがとうございました。大変な時期ですが頑張って欲しいです。 I found a plan of 60% off for a limited time, and I am indebted to you this time. よ	よしだあやこ on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 広いお庭と硫黄の香りが漂う黒湯がとても良かったです。お部屋は、マッサージチェア付きの和室12.5畳で、大人３名乳児１名でも狭く感じませんでした。部屋からの景色もよく、何せ温泉と白米が最高でした！！館内に併設する鉱石浴「嵐の湯」が半額1100円でOKとのことで、もちろんGO！普段ドライサウナでも汗をかかない私ですが、嵐の湯は入った瞬間から体中から汗が吹き出します。今回のプランはお食事軽めのお安いプランで少し不安でしたが、地産のブランド豚お鍋や小鉢も出て、全然大丈夫でした♪ 岩室温泉、静かで良い場所です。 The large garden and the black water with the scent of sulfur were very good. よ	よっしー。 on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 星1つ以下です。2食付きプランで利用しましたが、チェックイン待ちで『ラウンジでお待ち下さい』と言われたので、ラウンジで待ってましたが、ウェルカムドリンクサービスがあるのかと期待してたら、サービスは全く無く、ただソファーに座って待たされただけのスペースでした。ラウンジと言わないでほしいです。時間指定の夕食の豚しゃぶは既に鍋に肉が入っていて、しゃぶしゃぶじゃなかった。また、茶碗蒸しは冷めてました。おもてなし感がなく、作業的に客に食わせて帰らせるって感じがしてなりませんでした。温泉は『多宝の湯』に入りましたが、『多宝の油』じゃないかと思うくらい、手足が真っ黒になりました。ボディーソープでこすりましたが、足の裏は黒いままで汚れは落ちませんでした。（油っぽい黒い汚れがつきました） ※露天風呂の底と側面に油っぽい汚れが付いてました。これじゃー新潟駅前のホテルの方が便利で食事もサービスも良かったです。 It is less than one star. L	LOCAL JAPAN on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ なんとびっくり、男風呂のサウナが使えません。寝湯、ジャグジーがコロナ対策で使えないと記載はあったのでその点は納得して宿泊したのですが、行ってみたらサウナが故障中でした。サウナの中ではマスク着用で、とも記載があったのでそのためのマスクも用意してたのですが、残念です。公式のプランには、新潟県内最大のサウナリゾート！という謳い文句もあったので、まさかそんなことがあるわけないと思ってたんですが行ってびっくり。本当シンプルにびっくり。またホテル側もその件について特に何も思ってないのか、予約の電話時、フロントでも何も言われませんでした。サウナってそんなどうでもいい施設かな？サウナリゾートなのにサウナがなくても普通なのかな。あと１つ言わせてもらうなら、私が経営者ならサウナが使えないなら別料金の岩盤浴を無料で開放します。それでもドライサウナの代わりにはなりませんが、それくらいサウナに入れるか入れないかは大事ってこと。 Surprisingly, I can't use the men's bath sauna. 佐	佐藤拓海 on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 1人7000円のヘルシープランを申込みました。値段が値段で、お料理は期待せず行きましたが、いい意味で裏切られました！確かにヘルシーな感じでしたが、豚しゃぶしゃぶもついており、お腹いっぱいになりました！朝食も十分な量がありました。お風呂も大変広く、露天風呂も大変気持ちよく入れました。お庭は手入れが行き届いており、お部屋も広くて良かったです。宿の周りには、魅力的なご飯処もたくさんありましたので、また機会があればリピートしたいと思います！ I applied for a healthy plan of 7,000 yen per person.
