鬼	鬼瓦権蔵 on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ お風呂のお湯がとても良かったです。源泉掛け流しだけあります。食事は、母が生まれ育った土地のせいか温かく懐かしい感じのするものがたくさん出てきました。部屋も広く綺麗で行って良かったと思います。写真は、何故か順不同ですみません。 The hot water in the bath was very good. m	masato kojima on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ コロナ禍の中、新潟市内で楽しめる温泉宿を中心に探していたら、ここが見つかった。隣の区だが、利用した事がなかったので楽しみにしてました。源泉掛け流しの部屋に宿泊しました。当然ながら硫黄の匂いがしますが、ホンモノだという証拠。お湯も気持ち良く、屋上のお風呂もとっても良かったです^ ^ あと、何よりご飯が美味しい！子供達も「ご飯が美味しい」を連呼してました。また機会があれば利用したいです。県外客にも是非是非おすすめしたい宿です^ ^♪ I found this when I was looking for a hot spring inn that I could enjoy in Niigata city in the corona. 3	3A3 on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 平日に夕食なし朝食ありプランで一人で宿泊でした。だいろの湯多宝温泉の3号泉と岩室温泉源泉の混合湯は宿泊でしか味わえないので泊まる価値は温泉好きなら大いにアリだと思います。夜は透明だった湯は朝には白濁に。様々な条件でお湯の表情が変わるのもだいろの湯と同じくです。ヘアドライヤーが壁に据付されているタイプで風力が弱く、ボタンを押し続けなければならないので持ち込んだら良かったと思いました。日帰り入浴をイベント以外でも開いてくれたら通いたいレベルです。朝食は和膳を泊まる部屋とは別の個室に用意してくれました。 I stayed alone on weekdays without dinner and with breakfast. ド	ドーアル on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 旅行サイトで予約さしましたが、いざ、チェックインすると事前に希望としてお願いしていたことが、希望に添えないとフロントに言われましたが、それだったら、事前に予約の際に詳細メールをこちらから伝えているので、今回、希望に添えないと直接電話してくれても良いのに…！そっけない対応でしかも、面倒臭そうな顔する有り様。安い旅館や民宿でもそれに、高級旅館でも希望に添えないと一度直接電話は来ますけど…！とりあえず、その場仕方ないと思い、部屋に案内もされず、自分達で行って下さい見たいな…ここは、ビジネスホテルか？と勘違いします。部屋にいざ、入って見れば、前日に宿泊した方の髪の毛やトイレは、誰が吸ったかわからない煙草が便器の中にあるし全然掃除された感じがない！見た目だけきれいにされている感じ。何より部屋のテレビが壊れて居るのに！いつになってもテレビの事ばかり気にしてて…！こちら客として、せっかく楽しみに温泉に来ているのに、一時間以上も待たされたあげく！やっと部屋の移動しますか？とスタッフの方から言われて、一緒に居た相方が頭に来て帰ってしまう始末。仕方なく私も帰るしかなく！今まで、色々と温泉施設に足を運びましたが、こんな最低な旅館と言う見た目だけの素人感たっぷりの、めんめん亭わたや旅館は初めて。しかも、旅行サイトに事実を書かれたくないから！即座に削除する有り様。事実を伝えるべきじゃないですか？まぁ、もう二度と行かないけど… I made a reservation on the travel site, but when I checked in, I was told by the front desk that I couldn't meet my request in advance, but if that was the case, I would like to send a detailed email when making the reservation in advance. こ	こばやしとしひこ on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 楽天トラベルから利用させていただきました新潟県民割が再スタートしたため？新潟ナンバーの車ばかりでしたもちろん我々は県民割対象外でしたがコスパ良いですスタッフさん対応最高に感じいいです　宿の入ると箱根の大涌谷のように硫黄のにおいがすごく温泉に来た～～って感じです大浴場は姉妹日帰り温泉の湯と混合温泉だそうです　かけ流しで気持ち良かったです露天風呂はちょっと冴えないけど　かけ流し温泉でしたチェックインの時のおじさんとの会話楽しかったし　他のスタッフさんの対応も感じが良く　部屋も新館で広めできれいでした夕食・朝食美味しくいただきました　お腹いっぱい釜めしも美味しいし温かいものは着席してから温かくいただけました最初は三条近辺で温泉付きビジネスホテル予約してましたが夕飯が外食面倒なのでかなり時間かけてネット検索してたらここにたどり着きました　おすすめです I used it from Rakuten Travel Is it because the Niigata Prefectural Citizens Discount has restarted?
