★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 中古リホームとリホーム対応がかなり残念。リホームするときは業者を慎重に選ばなければと痛感した。そちら側からすれば何千軒の一軒かも知れませんが、我々庶民からすれば一生涯に大事な一軒なのです。そのことを忘れないで頂きたいです。

住んでからテレビが映らない、電気がつかない、など小さなトラブルがありましたが、担当者に連絡するとすぐに対応してくれました。
担当の方はどんな些細な質問も嫌な顔一つせず聞いてくれるので、困ったことがあればすぐに連絡できる安心感があります。
リフォームの対応が残念というコメントもあるようですが、リフォームは「おまかせ」にせず気になったことは遠慮なく相談するのが良いです。相談すれば真摯に対応してくださるので、密にコミュニケーションを取れば良い結果になると思います。
引き渡し直前に敷地内の草刈りを社員の皆さん総出でやってくださったり、購入後も真摯に対応してくれているので★５つとさせていただきます。

Just before the delivery, all the employees mow the grass on the premises, and even after the purchase, they are sincerely responding, so we will limit it to five.
