★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 「駐車場にタイヤが置いてあるから、すぐに片付けてください」と留守電があり、なんの事か分からないので折返しの電話を掛けました。間違い電話だと言うことが判明し「申し訳ありません」で電話がガチャ切りされました。
①留守電に伝言を残すなら、誰かを名乗る
②留守電先の相手が合っているか、一言入れる
③謝った後に、ガチャ切りってなんですか？失礼しますなども言わないし。謝ったら話はもう聞かないという姿勢でしょうか？
縁もゆかりも無い所の間違い電話に、こんなに不快な気持ちになったのは、初めてなので、こちらに書いておきます。
間違い電話ですよと知らせようとしているだけなのに、それ以上何も聞かないというように電話切られると、 知らせてあげて良かったという気持ちにはなれません。

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 全体の評価は妥当だと思う。有資格者が行う営業とは思えないレベルの低い、不誠実な営業をされた。こちらは不動産だけに慎重を期して遊びや冷かしで依頼したわけじゃないのに、案件の断りを入れたら、それにかかる費用の打診を受け、素直に支払いに応じた。
正直誰が見てもわかる重要な情報に対し何の見解や説明も果たされず、契約行為をどう考えているのか？釈然としない。信頼性にややかけると感じている。不動産業界に対してのイメージも影響しかねない。
I think the overall evaluation is reasonable. It was a low-level, dishonest business that I couldn't think of as a qualified person. I didn't ask for real estate only for play or chilling, but when I declined the case, I was asked about the cost and accepted the payment obediently.
Honestly, what do you think of the contract act without giving any opinion or explanation for important information that anyone can see? I'm not surprised. I feel that it is a little less reliable. The image of the real estate industry can also have an impact.
