物件によるのかもしれませんが、毎月賃貸料の他に保証料（多分）が必要になります。

業者による水道工事では閉め忘れで水漏れや臭気逆流、室内設備の調査では日程調整したのに来ない、入居物件の清掃などを一切しなく汚いまま、なにより入居時担当者の連絡遅れで入りたかった物件に入れなかった、あまりにもひど過ぎる。
