朝5〜6時に起きてそばを打ち、今時丁寧に包丁で切って蕎麦を出しています。
とても鮮度のある蕎麦が堪能できました。

お店に入って天丼のみを注文したら女将さんにいきなり『えー！お蕎麦は？』って言われました。目的は天丼でしたのでそのまま天丼を注文しました。10分程で出てきました。少し小振りの丼でしたが具はどれもサクサクに揚がっていてとても美味でした。初めて食べましたが林檎の天婦羅って凄く美味しいです。あと40円足して700円で味噌汁付きになれば言う事無しです。

When I entered the restaurant and ordered only the tendon bowl, the landlady suddenly said, "Eh! What about soba? I was told. The purpose was Tendon, so I ordered Tendon as it was. It came out in about 10 minutes. It was a little small bowl, but all the ingredients were crispy and very delicious. I ate it for the first time, but the apple tempura is very delicious. If you add another 40 yen and get 700 yen with miso soup, there is nothing to say.
