M	M Kayoko on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 春の嵐！桜満開だけど、今日は肌寒い一日でした。しかし、店内は満席で、明るい笑い声と食器が重なる音で幸せに満ちていました。私も大好きな、友人と最高の時間を過ごしました。お料理はもちろん美味しい！お酒も美味しい！スタッフが親切でした！ありがとうございました！ Spring storm! m	m h on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 平日に予約した後にランチで訪問。店内は私一人でした。週替わりランチの中から「ホロホロ鳥と絹さやのラグービアンコ」をオーダー。席につくとすぐにサラダが提供されました。予め作り置いてあるんでしょうね。お皿が汚れていた点が残念でした。拭いても落ちなかったので、油汚れだと思います。ドレッシングは多めにかかってます。好みが分かれるかもですね。ドレッシングは掛けずに別添えでと注文したら良かったかも? メインのパスタは、オーダー後にすぐに作りはじめ、間もなく運ばれてきました。絹さやは歯ごたえのある火加減でとても良かったです。しかし、ラグーソースの味付けが私の口にはだいぶ塩辛く感じました。最近、外食が減ったので味覚が薄味になってるのかもしれないですが、塩辛くて水分補給が必要だった点は、これまた残念ポイントでした。神楽坂という点と前評判（口コミ）が良かったのもあり、過剰に期待していたのですが、私には合いませんでした。ランチより、単価の高い夜に焦点を合わせているのかもしれないですね。夜の口コミは高そうなので、また機会があれば行くかも？？？うーん(゜-゜) Visited for lunch after making a reservation on weekdays. I was the only one in the store. We ordered "Guinea Fowl and Silk Saya Ragout Bianco" from the weekly lunch. As soon as I got to my seat, the salad was served. I think it's made in advance. It was a pity that the dishes were dirty. It didn't come off even if I wiped it, so I think it's oily. Dressing is a lot. You may have different tastes. Maybe I should have ordered it as a separate item without dressing. The main pasta started to be made immediately after ordering and was delivered shortly thereafter. The silk pods were very nice with a chewy heat. However, the seasoning of ragout sauce felt quite salty in my mouth. Recently, eating out has decreased, so the taste may be lighter, but the fact that it was salty and required hydration was another disappointing point. I was expecting too much because of Kagurazaka and the good reputation (word of mouth), but it didn't suit me. Perhaps the focus is on nights, which are more expensive than lunch.
