★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very bright with a lot of glass used in outer walls. On 1st floor (２階）there is a small balcony area to sit outside which a lot of people miss so if it looks crowded check if this area is available.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ All the Customers who had a drink there were given a plastic cup! Definitely not eco-friendly. Plastic has become such a major problem now and Starbucks doesn't care at all! Are you too lazy to wash a mug or a glass? It's a shame!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ In terms of atmosphere it’s the best Starbucks in Tokyo. It has a lovely outdoor terrace that looks out at the green trees and shops along the river. It’s also open until 11, so it’s good for a late work session. Other than that it’s a standard Starbucks. Savory food usually runs out by the early evening. A word of warning: because it’s a very popular place for people to work, the internet is often spotty. If you want a Starbucks for Internet, I recommend a less popular location.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Upper floor balcony seating is recommended highly! Can see the crossing and canal cafe side from here. The sunshine is a bit harsh sometimes but if you have a coffee and a good book, even closed blinds won't matter :)

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Clean and friendly. Conveniently located near the station. The air-conditioning was pretty darn high, to my taste, and I don't freeze easily! But yeah, it's a Starbucks and it does what it does best: effective service, in a cozy environment.

I drink Starbucks at home, everyday. I had hoped than in Tokyo the brand would rise to Japanese standards. I was disappointed. The internet speed at Mc Donalds is also 10 times faster
