★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 最低な建設会社です。管理人室のトイレとキッチンの換気(排気)ダクトが途中で天井内に納まらなかったようで、ダクトをハンマーでぺちゃんこに叩きつぶしていました。リニューアル工事で天井を落として判明、「20年以上たっているので責任ありません。」という回答。写真は2本のつぶされたスパイラルダクト
