★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 東京にあるのは唯一ここだけだそうでずっと訪れてみたかった場所、小さい私道からさらに枝分かれしたような場所にあるため入るのに躊躇する。当然のように駐車場はない、車を停めるなら近くの公園をかりる。

富山、石川県境の石動山にある伊須流岐比古神社を筆頭として、伊須流岐比古を祀る神社は東日本の日本海側に多く見られるのですが、
青梅市にもあったとは露知らず(^◇^;)
青梅駅の北にある小山の北東の端にあり、小山を登って降りて、坂道をゆるゆると上ると見えてきました。
「うへぇ、また登るのかぁ｡ﾟ(ﾟ´Д｀ﾟ)ﾟ｡」ってなりますよ(￣▽￣)
急な石段は、修験道と繋がりのある石動権現信仰の痕跡なのかもしれませんね。
昭和後期に再建されたお社は小さいですが、それもまた良し。
この後バスを使って付近の寺社を巡る予定でしたが時間が合わず、
結局10km以上歩く事になろうとは、この時知る由もなかったのでした・・・
