★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 梅岩寺から七兵衛地蔵へと向かう途中に迷い込んだ古い小路の途中に在りました。
こちらのお堂の左奥に赤い鳥居が見えたので、こちらが八幡神社で奥が稲荷神社でしょう。後で調べてみたら、この地域で長らく勢力を保持していた豪族、三田氏に関連するお社のよう。
ご神体は一寸三分の八幡大菩薩像らしく、これは三田氏の当主が兜の八幡座（兜の鉢のてっぺん）に納めて出陣した、いわゆる守本尊だったようですな。
由緒などはわからなかったけれど、すぐ近くにある梅岩寺と関連あるのかな？廃仏毀釈で分かれたとか、かもしれませんね。
 It was on the way to an old alley that got lost on the way from Baiganji Temple to Shichibei Jizo.
I saw a red torii in the back left of this hall, so this is probably Yawata Shrine and the back is Inari Shrine. When I looked it up later, it seemed to be a company related to Mr. Mita, a powerful family who had been in power for a long time in this area.
The god is like a one-third Hachiman Daibosatsu statue, and it seems that this was the so-called Morimoto idol, who was put in the helmet's Hachiman-za (the top of the helmet bowl) by the owner of Mr. Mita.
I didn't know the history, but is it related to the nearby Baiganji Temple? Maybe it was divided by Haibutsu Kishaku.
