白湯が食べたく、グーグルの評価を頼りに来店! 白湯チャーシューと塩ラーメンを注文! 塩は本当にあっさりしている鶏がらスープで変なくせもなく美味しい!! 白湯は他店と比較すると、もっと伸びしろがありそう!!好みもありますが、どちらもあっさり系でした! 1点だけ、、どちらのラーメンもメンマが微妙でした。多めに入ってるけど安い中国産?ぽいので、味、香り共に不味いと感じ、ラーメン美味しさを邪魔してるきがしました。

川沿いを北に曲がった先のタイムズに車を停めて、19:15着。待ち客二名でした。 コロナ自粛が始まってから初の訪問でしたが、相変わらず平日の夜でも人気のようです。 19:20頃、後ろ客二名で入店打ちきりの案内(20時前終業のため)があり、先に注文をおこないました。 定番の濃厚鶏白湯チャー大に。 この時間あるあるか、ご飯が終了で丼物は食べられませんでした。 相変わらず関東でも通用するレベルの高いスープで、全粒粉入りの麺との相性も抜群。一瞬で完食してしまいます。 鶏白湯ラーメンとしてのクオリティーは他の追随を許しません。 系統として、ベースのスープが濃厚でどろどろ、一口目からガツンと旨味が口に広がるタイプでクリーミィ系ではありません。濃厚という名前の響きやどろどろ感じのスープから受ける印象と異なり、かなりの薄味なので、スープまで全て食べきっても後味あっさりで全く重くありません。 (少食な方でも軽く完食可能で、男性であれば大盛を食べた後でも腹七分目くらいです。) 個人的なオススメは、 一度目の訪問は濃厚鶏白湯ラーメン、 二度目の訪問は濃厚鶏白湯つけ麺、 です。 煮卵のクオリティーも高いのでお好きな方はトッピング下さい。 店主一人でされているので、ペイペイ可なのも有り難いです(一人オペだと調理する方が現金にも触れるため)

ここしばらくで1番美味しいお店を発見。 濃厚鶏白湯とチャーシュー丼で超満足なランチタイムでした。 鶏白湯はポタージュ系のとろみの強いスープ。 ネギの香りと合わさってめちゃくちゃ美味しかったです。 チャーシューも美味しくて満足でした。 丼も山葵が絶妙なアクセントで、秒で空になりました。 駐車場は無いようなので近隣のコインパーキングですね。 ここは通いつめてしまうお店です。

初めて「わ河馬」に行って来ました。神戸電鉄の湊川駅から徒歩で20分くらいです。店前では3名並んでましたが直ぐに店内へ。カウンター席7席と少ないですが店内は密接する事は無かったです。 店主一人で切盛りして人柄も優しそうな感じです。 早速ですが鶏白湯つけ麺にトッピングにはチャーシューと煮卵それにピリ辛もやしとチャーシューマヨ丼を頼みました。つけ麺は濃厚で甘味のある鶏白湯のスープが美味しく麺と絡むと更に美味しくなる。更にピリ辛もやし炒め投入すればピリ辛感が更に美味しさが倍増した。チャーシューマヨ丼は出汁とご飯にマヨが良い感じでマッチしていました。
