★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 先週はじめて行ってきました。。すごく混んでいたのですがスタッフもちゃんと説明してくれるので安心しました。とくにいいとおもったのが最新設備がととのっているので検査などもすぐにできるのでいいと思います。
 I went there for the first time last week. .. It was very crowded, but I was relieved that the staff explained it properly. What I thought was particularly good was that the latest equipment was installed, so inspections could be done immediately.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 受付•技師の方は丁寧でしたが、看護師•医師共に雑な対応（タメ口）。初っ端から家の最寄り駅が遠いことを確認され、通う意思がないと判断したのか。仕事終わりに便利な立地だったが残念。
新設で患者数が多い為、真剣な診療というよりは数をこなす印象。
膝の皿が上がっているとの診断に対して大腿四頭筋を鍛える指示は逆効果。対面である大腿二頭筋のことだと思われる。要するに酷い

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 待ち時間が長いのもそうだが、診察してもあやふやなことを言って何もしてくれない。結局点数稼ぎたいだけ。
患者に馴れ馴れしく敬語も使えない人が働いていることにも驚いた。
隣の駅にもっといい病院ありますよ

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 膝痛で受診しました。待ち時間は長かったですが、親切丁寧に対応していただけました。車で行って近くのパーキングに止めましたが、薬局の割引があり、よかったです。病院のみの利用でパーキングの割引がきくんでしょうか？

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 子どもの肘が抜けてしまったようでだらんとして動かさなくなったため行きました。
混んでましたが思ったよりは待たなかったです。肘内障の診断で先生が慣れた手つきで治してくれました。看護師さんやスタッフも子どもに優しかったです。

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 以前、子供の骨折疑いで受診しました。レントゲンではっきり骨折と診断できず、湿布薬が処方されました。本人は痛くて泣いてしまうので、こちらから不安なのでシーネを巻いてくれ、と頼み、固定していただきました。翌日も経過を見るため受診して、混雑しているだろうからスムーズに診察できるよう気を遣ってシーネを外して伺いました。看護師から「シーネは外して来たんですか？あれが治療なので！」と言われ唖然。シーネは治療など言われておりません、こちらから頼んだんです。この時点で不信感。私自身、大病院の整形外科で6年勤務していた看護師です。知識はあります。医師との診察時に前日に巻いたシーネを整えるために持参して欲しかった、と言われ、まあ納得はしたのですが。次の診察では医師も看護師も「お母さん看護師さんでよくわかってらっしゃるから〜」と謎の持ち上げされて？でした。結局骨折ではなく捻挫疑いでしたが、治って良かったです。
ちなみに女の子ですが1回目のレントゲンは遮蔽していただけず、2回目にこちらから頼んで患部以外は遮蔽していただきました。問題ないレベルの曝露なのでしょうが、そこは気を遣って欲しかったです。技師さんはとても感じの良い方です。

At the next medical examination, both the doctor and the nurse were lifted by the mystery saying, "Because the mother and the nurse understand it well." was. After all, I was suspected of having a sprain rather than a fracture, but I'm glad I was cured.
By the way, although it is a girl, the first X-ray could not be shielded, and the second time I asked for it to shield the area other than the affected area. It's probably a good level of exposure, but I wanted you to be careful. The technician is a very nice person.

患者さんの人数も多く、個々の診察に時間がかかるのもわかりますが、予約しているにも関わらず1時間半待たされるのは酷いかと…
1時間待って、流石に我慢ならず受付の人に確認したところ、あと3～4人後なので30分かかりますね、と事務的な対応のみ…
もう少し予約のシステムを考え直した方がいいかと思います。
リハビリの先生がすごい親切でいい人だけに本当に残念です。
