レントゲン担当が少し口が悪いのと、激コミで時間がかかるので星一つ減点ですが、名前変わる前からここで嫌な思いはしたことないです。

・スタッフは明るく笑顔で優しい感じだった
・先生も明るく、質問にも丁寧に答えてくれた
・院内は明るく清潔な感じ
・椅子は程よい硬さで座りやすい
・壁付けの腰掛けが3つあった。座るのが大変な人に配慮されている
・レントゲンは横に寝るタイプ
・9:30について、待ち時間が一時間半だった。病院が水曜休みなので、木曜は混みがちとのことで、別日、別時間帯ならもう少し早いと思われる
・一時的に座れない人が居たので、丸椅子でもあると良いと思った
・先生、スタッフ対応は★5ですが、待ち時間が長かったので★1つマイナス
・ちなみに2019/04から先生が変わっています

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 数か月前から肩関節が痛く、診察してもらいましたが軽く症状を伝えた上、レントゲン撮影。
レントゲンで異常はなく、『40肩と同じ症状なのでストレッチを続けましょう！』と先生から言われましたが、肝心な病状と痛みや治療に関しては、特になにも言われず…。
結局、レントゲンだけ撮影して終わった感じです。整形外科ってこんな感じなのか？と疑問に思います。
先生方の患者の痛みや病状に向き合わない時点、違和感を覚えます。
レントゲン撮影×初診料で3200円ほどかかりました。保険3割負担ですが、高めだと。
痛み止めや注射もなくこの価格は高い！
今後は、口コミのない知られていないその辺の整形外科医では、このゆう治療に関しては、期待しないほうがいいかもしれません。
今後、整体へ当たるつもりです。
良い点は、比較的先生方やレントゲン師、スタッフの方の感じは良かったです。

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 先生は穏やかな方ですがお忙しい様です。薬の継続程度なら診療室に呼ばれて先生を待ってる間に看護師が状況を確認してくれます。リハビリが上の階で出来るので必要であれば先生から言ってくれます。
こちらのクリニックの提携先は川崎幸病院との事。
調べると整形外科はさいわい鶴見病院に統合された様なので、西口と東口の違い。最初からそちらに行く⁉︎

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ ケアマネージヤーの紹介で理学療法士が丁重に施術すると当医院を訪れるも、脳梗塞後遺症の方は診られないと、事務スタッフから断られる。通所リハビリ事業所入所では医師の診断も不要で理学療法士の短時間施術がうけられました。紹介状も不要でした。腰の痛みで近所の整形外科に行くとシップ薬と痛み止め処方。先生曰わく、脳梗塞後遺症からきている場合、理学療法士がいる整形外科にいったほうがいいと言われ、担当ケアマネージヤーに相談。さいた整形外科を紹介されました。他の整形外科の先生にさいた整形で断られた旨話すと、経験がなく不安なんじやない。と話されました。ホームページに「脳血管損傷後遺症」の方は対応しておりませんと、明記して頂きたいと思います。身体が不充でやっと来院した者に医者から丁寧な説明して頂きたかったと思います
