I'm on a diet, so I ate ramen after a long time. I didn't want to remove it because it's been a while, but I happened to be close so I entered. .. I've eaten it so far-it was the worst (laughs) Ramen isn't so bad, but it's my first experience. .. The soup smells different from the smell of pork bones. The taste is also strange. The smell inside the shop is different from that of a ramen shop.

[Mikuni Family Kannai Store] This is in Kannai. It's also in Minamihonjuku, and I've already visited there. I don't really understand the genealogy. In a certain family tree, it says that it is a store, but Is it originally the Ichihachi family tree? There are about 11 U-shaped counters in the store Was there a table in the back? It doesn't look good. The kitchen is also deep and hard to see I could see that there were medium and small size barrels. The soup is strained with a colander and poured into a bowl. There is a noodle box of Maruyama Noodle Co., Ltd. at the store. The noodles were boiled in Tebo. I came last time more than 6-7 years ago It was a pretty creamy impression at that time. What is it like? The soup is a balanced type that looks like pork bones. A proper amount of chicken oil floated and had a slight scent. The soup has no viscosity and the pork bones are modest. The aftertaste is surprisingly refreshing than it looks. It's not that creamy, but it's quite sweet. The soy sauce feeling is rather strong. But it's not that salty. It's a sweet and sour soup, but it's a relatively easy-to-eat balance. Minamihonjuku was a creamier and CK-like soup, The impression was different from that. I hope there is a little more pork bone feeling. Maruyama Noodle Co., Ltd.'s medium-thick noodles were slightly wavy and long. Boiled is usually closer. So it wasn't chewy, but it was smooth and had a nice texture. The char siu is a rose roll and the amount is normal and thin. It was soft and the seasoning was just right. The amount of spinach is normal. It was warmed up well. The texture wasn't bad, but the flavor was decent. 6 extra seaweed. Large, greenish seaweed is usually thick. Even if it was soaked in soup, it had some strength. The scent of the rocky shore was strong and the flavor was quite good. The quail was flavored. The condiment green onions have a lot of feelings in the first slice. It was a nice accent with a little spiciness. yes. Impression that it is a little sweet. But it wasn't as creamy as many CK chain stores these days. It was an easy-to-eat cup for everyone. It's open 24 hours a day, so it's easy to use in this downtown area. Thank you for the meal.

One of the best ramen we've tried. This is our go-to comfort food since we arrive on 2012. Get the original, shoyu, and regular size. Their gyoza is good too. Excellent service, friendly staff. Open 24 hours everyday.

Eaten here many times. Ramen was always pretty good. Would give it 4 stars however I hadn't been here for over a year and last time I ate here, the ramen was very subpar. Flavor was flat, soup base not up to the proper temperature. All in all a bad experience. If I had never eaten here before I wouldn't go back, however I hope it was just a bad night and I will be back to see. Hopefully its better and I will adjust my review to match.
